With nearly 35 years of professional experience, Dr. Samundi Sankari has secured a reputation as one of the most respected medical experts in the fertility field. She has been awarded numerous honorary posts, published countless scientific studies, and offered her knowledge at conferences and symposiums around the world. For her efforts, Orlando’s Association of Tamil Nadu Medical Graduates deemed Dr. Sankari the “Best Distinguishing Physician”, in 2001.

Earlier she was a Professor of Microsurgery & Obstetrics & Gynecology, Reader in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Head of Infertility & Ultra Sonography Clinic in Government K.G. Hospital, Lecturer in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Assistant Professor in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Tutor in Anesthesiology at Madras Medical College, and Assistant Surgeon in Rural Medical Service.

Among the community outreach efforts, Dr. Sankari has presented public discussions and addresses on the social acceptance on infertility “to prevent torture to women in India,” with like-minded topics addressed on radio shows and in magazine articles. She has also published educational discourses and offered public speeches regarding women’s health & infertility, AIDS in women, infertile couples, advances in obstetrics and gynecology for women, lifestyle and work life balance productivity and longevity in working couples and much more.

Led by the enigmatic Dr. Samundi sankari, who herself has been in the field of IVF for over 20 years and has headed the IVF unit for over 16 years now. She has collected innumerous accolades and has been in-charge of the Infertility and Ultrasonography clinic in Government KG hospital and also the professor of Microsurgery& Ob-gyn

Dr Divya Sivaraman graduated in obstetrics and gynaecology from India and persued her higher training from UK. She acquired diplomas from the Royal college on obs and gyn and family planning . She qualified in reproductive medicine and got trained by the specialists in minimal access surgery and high risk obstetrics with a special interest in sub fertility . Dr Divya has attended many courses and presented in conferences on embryology , O&G and management skills. She has grown and evolved with Srushti with constant training from her mentor , Dr . Sankari and is currently a consultant and Director of medical services of srushti Hospital.she has a lot of interest in clinical governance and enthusiastic in practising recent trends in ART . She puts in keen interest in the training of junior medical staff . She believes being compassionate to patients is her main strength. Her special interests are research , charity and music . Dr Divya Sivaraman is an advanced infertility specialist of international repute. she has over 12 years of experience in treating complex infertility conditions. She has finished a fellowship in infertility from AICOG.

Dr.K.Sajitha has completed her undergraduate and post-graduation at Sri.Ramachandra Medical college and Research Institute, Chennai. She is proudly associated with our institution since 2005.

During her under-graduation and post-graduation training period she has stayed intensely focussed and with her good intellectual levels has secured many institutional prestigious gold medal awards. She has been the university rank holder and was awarded the best out-going student.

Dr.K.Sajitha has a strong will and with pleasant personality can get along well with everybody. Her compassion for patients is exemplary, she has undergone training in laproscopic, hysteroscpic , fertility enhancing surgeries and has avid precision in procedures related to infertility. She has an all- round personality with a temperament that would go admirably well for a compassionate doctor.

He is a technology savvy, brimming with novelty in thinking, beyond the horizons of hospitality to make healthcare endearing to every aspiring couple.

As a post graduate from UK in business computing he has engaged himself in various projects for several NHS in making enterprising dynamism to their processes of business development. His project plan for Srushti has envisaged the total facility, staffing and systems in its restructuring to ensure SRUSHTI as the World class speciality hospital for fertility, with fully operational state of the art equipment and highly skilled manpower. Best in class health care design modules & IT systems have been adopted by him to make SRUSHTI as a 'Centre of Excellence' for matching International standards, both in the minds of the end-users with emotional touch and in the business realm.
