From the initial enquiry, we got on very well over the phone, and Ahmed was always available by phone and text to answer all of my questions and address any concerns, months before we even travelled to Cairo. His communication and reassurance from the very beginning gave us complete confidence.

We went on to have a full fertility check, and Dr Ahmed connected us with an excellent clinic and specialist. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly supportive, liaising with doctors and ensuring we had everything we needed for each appointment. His guidance made what can be a very stressful experience feel calm, organised, and straightforward.

5 50 Hair Transplant

I had a good experience with Heal'n. Originally, I was travelling to Egypt on holiday and investigated hair transplants there by a Google search. I used a medical tourism site and was contacted swiftly by Dr Nouran, who explained the procedure and the price which was great. I holidayed in Sharm El Sheikh first and had my consultation online before that trip when I arrived in Cairo. I came back after my trip and was welcomed by the CEO, Ahmed who picked me up at my Cairo hotel. I had the procedure which went smoothly and opted for their hotel package, which was good quality accommodation in New Cairo. They also assigned me an English-speaking assistant called Omar who really helped me. My surgery was done by Dr Haitham Salem who has a good command of English and answered any questions and did the surgery well. I was pleased with all of their help and assistance, and they gave me a package of medications, a neck pillow, a charger and sim card, as well as buying breakfast. I definitely recommend staying at the hotel near the clinic for a few days' rest. I am now at the 12-day point after the procedure, so I am awaiting the full result, which will come in a number of months, but things are looking good. I would like to thank the team, Ahmed, Omar, Dr Haitham Salem, and the other medical staff who helped me. Also, Dr Nouran for keeping in touch and caring about my progress on a daily basis by WhatsApp. I definitely recommend this company. They went above and beyond expectations for a good price. Thank you all.
