Gabriela leads a team of scientifically grounded, patient-focused naturopaths whose missions are to empower individuals through better health and help bring healthy babies into the world. Gabriela is a leading clinician, author and internationally recognised naturopath and fertility specialist. She holds a Master of Science in Medicine (Reproductive Health and Human Genetics) from Sydney University, a Bachelor of Health Science and is trained in numerous disciplines including naturopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, counselling and remedial massage. Today, Gabriela devotes the majority of her time to her clinical practice and research, working face-to-face with patients seeking natural healing therapies and advice. She has spent the last 12 years specialising in the management of women’s health issues (from puberty to menopause), men’s health, weight loss and natural fertility. Anna Mitsios

Biography:
BCom (Hons), Adv. Dip. Nat, Adv. Dip Nut.) is a naturopath and nutritionist and has been involved in the natural medicine industry for the past six years. Anna’s own experience with auto-immune disease provides her with a strong understanding of nutrition, exercise and herbal therapy. It also provides Anna with a deep empathy and a genuine desire to work together with clients in understanding their condition and providing them with tools to make profound and lasting changes to their health. Anna understands the physical and emotional challenges associated with overcoming challenges to one’s health and her philosophy is underpinned by the concept of interconnectedness. Her treatment protocols emphasise the philosophy that optimal vitality can only be achieved through harmony of the physical, biochemical and emotional aspects of one’s being as well as the surrounding environment. Anna’s previous life in the finance industry gives her a unique perspective of the demands of balancing a successful career and healthy lifestyle and she particularly enjoys sharing her insights on how to achieve work life balance given the demands of modern living. Ms Alison Cassar

Biography:
HSc, Adv Dip Nat, Dip Nut, MATMS) has been in clinical practice for over 12 years. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Comp. Med) as well as an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, Diploma of Nutrition and Diploma of Herbal Medicine. Alison is an author, writes and presents seminars and has been featured in publications such as Wellbeing Magazine, Wellbeing beauty special edition, Sunday Telegraph, Spa Australia as well as being interviewed for radio and magazine. Alison is a caring, empathetic and supportive practitioner whose aim is to help her patients find solutions to their health concerns. In addition, Alison’s goal is to educate and empower her patients in order for them to take control of their health through dietary, lifestyle and mental changes. It’s very important to Alison to provide up to date advice to her patients and regularly attends seminars and reads industry journals to keep abreast of the latest research available. “Buddha said ‘every human being is the author of his own health or disease’. I believe it sums up the power we have as an individual to shape our health. Ms Emma Quine

Biography:
HSc in TCM, Cert TCM (Beijing), Dip RM, ATMS, AHPRA. qualified acupuncturist, specialising in facial rejuvenation, fertility and pregnancy. Emma holds a Diploma of Health Science in Remedial Massage (TAFE) and Bachelor of Health Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). In addition to the intensive clinical internship program at UTS, Emma completed a clinical internship in TCM in one of the largest and highly esteemed hospitals in Beijing (China-Japan Friendship Hospital); where western bio-medicine and Chinese medicine are integrated. Emma has been in clinical practice for over 10 years and work closely with fertility clinics (Genea & IVF Australia), obstetricians, midwives, GP’s and other allied health professionals. She regularly attends postgraduate courses in obstetrics, fertility, mental health and facial rejuvenation led by internationally respected acupuncturists and western medical practitioners to keep her knowledge and skills up to date. Emma is a dedicated and empathetic practitioner, with a rich understanding of emotions, stress and tension and their effects on the mind and body. Emma empowers her patients with solutions to their health concerns, through practical lifestyle and dietary advice, providing gentle and relaxing treatments in order to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.
