I've had thermolysis treatment from Arora for a large number of tiny warts/moles on my face. I am absolutely delighted with the results, but I also wanted to say how kind and compassionate Arora is. I felt as though I was treated like a friend or family member. Before I met Arora, I had several consultations elsewhere. I was told by my GP that I couldn't have treatment as my problem was 'cosmetic.' I was given recommendations to try a number of creams, facial products and skin peels (all of which were expensive and would require ongoing treatment). Arora was the only person who identified the fact that my problem was contagious and that she could treat it with thermolysis. The treatment itself was slightly painful, but Arora was very considerate and gave me regular breaks. I am so pleased with the results, it has already made me feel much more confident about my skin.

I visited Janine for some laser hair removal and also the removal of some skin tags and skin blemishes. Janine was nothing but friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable on the treatments she provides. Her beauty room was spotlessly clean and it was lovely to see an array of certificates on the wall. There was also relaxing music playing in the backdate, which set the scene perfectly. After an in-depth consultation, Janine talked through the processes and offered lots of aftercare information. The results were immediate on the removal of the skin tags and after a week or so the results of the removal of the skin blemishes were outstanding, I'm extremely happy with the results and was quite shocked at how clear my skin looked.
