Ben has practiced Acupuncture in Manchester since graduating from Salford University in 2002 and has extended his Acupuncture training to include Facial Rejuvination Acupuncture. There are two types of aging; internal from our genes and external from the environment we live in. Most external premature aging is caused by the sun however other factors increase this degeneration such as sun beds, smoking, air pollution, rapid weight loss, sleeping positions, excess or erratic lifestyle and not forgetting gravity.

Ben has practiced Acupuncture in Manchester since graduating with a degree (BSc) from Salford University in 2002 and couples every week to improve their fertility and support assisted fertility treatments such as IVF. The benefits of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in the treatment of infertility can be found in early Chinese medical literature dating back to the 11th century AD. Infertility is often the result of disharmonies within the menstrual cycle such as painful or irregular periods or a lack of vital nourishing substances needed to conceive. Chinese Medicine is able to not only regulate the menstrual cycle and invigorating sperm, but also improve overall health in order to increase the chances of reproduction.

Electro Acupuncture may be used in appropriate circumstances to increase the stimulation from the needling. This is a very light electrical stimulation, which is set to a comfortable level for the patient.
