We offer Toning Tables for passive exercise, Power Plate for a 1 hour workout in 10 minutes, High power Stand and Tan, and two Beauty Salons with Therapists Claire, with us 12 years and Kelly, with us 10 years offering the full range of Beauty treatment, including Shellac and minx nails and Spray Tanning as well as waxing, tinting, massage and numerous specialised facials.Latest technology after Laser is IPL (Intense Pulsed Light).  with IPL we now offer Permanent Hair Removal, plus Skin Rejuvemation, and help with thread veins, vascular veins, roscea, acne etc.
