A friend of mine got Profilho done by her eyelash extension technician, and her face was black and blue with bruises for a week afterwards. So I was very wary of the treatment – but it turned out I didn’t need to be. I had two sessions of Profhilo and neither left so much as a red mark, let alone a bruise. What I’ve learned is that it all comes down to the skill of the person administering the injections; it takes a really specialist technique to prevent bruising, and the staff at Dr Rakus’ clinic are serious experts. I am thrilled with the results.

My Wife attended 2 weeks ago to have several small moles removed from her face and neck. She was dealt with by an "absolute gentleman" her words, who reassured her throughout and was so helpful in answering any questions and offering advice. Her face and neck are 99% healed now with a small amount of reddening on the 1 hence my delayed review. I would not hesitate in recommending this place, so helpful, polite and obliging. 5 stars off us *****.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself. I have already booked for another Treatment and I can’t wait! So glad I found this place and definitely recommend!
