Jenny came highly recommended and I nervously booked in for a consultation. Jenny is friendly approachaeable knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your concerns and requirements. I had concerns about lip lines but wanted a very natural result to reduce them without looking different. Jenny recommended fillers and was very confident and reassuring about the outcome being right for what i was looking for. I spent the first three days thinking anhh what i done and concealing some swelling with ice packs and makeup even though nobody even seemed to notice !. Within a week i can say I’m absolute delighted with the result and have immense faith in Jenny and her team tor their expertise, professionalism and skill.

Excellent treatment at Grey Door with Kayti. My husband had an annoying wart removed on his shoulder which hardly left a mark. So I put my trust in Kayti to remove a raised mole on my cheek which had started to pop out hairs. I’m so so happy. I took all the advice for the after care and the result is flawless. Yeah had appointment with Dr Somji, after initial review and planned treatment to achieve my requirements, today was for Fillers to my cheek area, due to age and weight lose my face was drawn in looking tired. Dr Somji, is a Magician and makes me feel and look 1000 times better, with a natural look which is most important to me, with no pain whatsoever as I'm a baby like that. So I can highly recommend Dr Somji & his clinical assistant Jas who was both brilliant.

I was nervous changing my beauty clinic after years going to the same lady for waxing, but Sharon put me instantly at ease and did all my waxing professionally and as pain free as possible, chatting away and making me feel comfortable. The treatment was good value and efficient. The clinic was clean and welcoming. I have found my new waxing lady! Such a relief.

I am so pleased with my watercolour tattoo from Graham, it is absolutely perfect and far exceeds what I thought possible. I chose this clinic as I wanted someone who specialises in watercolour tattoos as I wanted specific colours. Graham was so patient and kind on my first consultation and I left there feeling full of hope. When he contacted me nearer my tattoo date with a picture of the tattoo he had designed I was honestly blown away and didn't think it was possible. On the day of my tattoo, he was so considerate and professional I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Graham constantly checked I was ok and explained exactly what he was doing at each stage. I was absolutely thrilled when I saw the finished tattoo and can't recommend him enough. I am so proud of my tattoo and have had so many compliments, I am so happy with my whole experience.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.
