I rang, left a message and within a few minutes my call was returned. A convenient time for a home visit was arranged. He put himself out to accommodate me for an early appointment (8am) and I can only describe the service as extremely professional.

I went to Fresh Hearing for my microsuction procedure. I’ve used the service twice now - the first time was two years ago. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. I don’t think you can get microsuction done any cheaper so it was definitely worth the money. The wax build-up in my ears had become so bad that it started affecting my hearing. The doctor did microsuction on both of my ears and the results were instant - I can hear more clearly since I had the procedure done. I need to use oil to soften the wax, so I keep my ears clean this way. In the event that I do have build-up again, and can’t get an NHS appointment in reasonable time, I will go to this private clinic again.

I chose Fairfield because of the price and location. They had a reasonable package for abdominoplasty, so I had mine done here. There were absolutely no additional costs and everything was explained beforehand. The clinic is lovely and clean, with staff who are really professional. They took such good care of me after the procedure. I’d go back for the excellent customer service - I was in good hands here.

I am very pleased with the service i got. The consultant was very friendly and very helpful. He went into great detail but in a language i could understand. I would highly recommend this clinic, they did everything they could to put us at ease.

I chose Altrincham based on their location and the availability. The clinic responded to me on time, so I had my micro-suction done here. They were rather efficient. Even though the price wasn’t exactly cheap, I think it’s the going rate for this type of treatment, so I couldn’t really fault them on that. I was very impressed when I arrived. There was a lovely reception area and they even offered me a coffee while I waited. Everything was fine. The best part of all was that they managed to get rid of my earache. No follow-ups were necessary in my case. I’ve got no complaints. Everyone was professional and I got the results I wanted.
