Dr. Cemal Hacı is a Turkish Board-Certified Specialist in Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and a European Board-Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
He graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, in 2011. Between 2011 and 2016, he completed his residency training in Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Haseki Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul.
Following the completion of his specialist training, Dr. Hacı fulfilled his compulsory public service as an ENT specialist at Patnos State Hospital in Ağrı between 2016 and 2018. He subsequently joined Acıbadem Taksim Hospital in Istanbul, where he continued his clinical and surgical practice in otorhinolaryngology and facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Hacı currently conducts patient consultations through his private practice and works as a staff surgeon at Orion Surgery Center, where he performs his surgical procedures as part of the centre’s medical team.
With approximately ten years of active surgical experience, his practice focuses on functional and aesthetic nasal surgery as well as advanced facial plastic and reconstructive procedures. His principal areas of expertise include primary and revision rhinoplasty, septoplasty and nasal airway surgery, endoscopic temporal brow lift, endoscopic midface lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, deep-plane face and neck lift, and other individually planned facial rejuvenation procedures.
Dr. Hacı approaches rhinoplasty and facial surgery as highly individualised procedures. Each surgical plan is developed according to the patient’s anatomy, functional requirements, aesthetic concerns, and expectations, with the aim of achieving balanced, natural-looking, and long-lasting results while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
