I cannot even explain how amazon Dr Gorkem is. I went to see him for a second opinion and I ended switching drs as soon as I saw him. He takes his time in explaining exactly what his opinion is, what to expect, etc. He has a lot of knowledge and is very caring. I went to see him several times after my surgery and his team was always welcoming. Thank you so much for everything.

I recently (February 2024)had surgery (Rhinoplasty and breast augmentation) with Dr. Bali, and I feel like the luckiest person to have had him as my surgeon. I had a primary rhinoplasty, and breast implant replacement, and made the decision to come to Turkey because I knew the surgeons in Turkey were (and are) some of the best in the world. A lot of people tried to say I should go to an ENT, but this didn't bother me because I knew instantly he was the best surgeon for me. I am breathing better now 6 days later after my surgery with Dr. Bali compared to before. He is truly an incredible surgeon! Rhinoplasty is a daunting process the research and outcome are incredibly stressful. But I knew even with my cast on I was going to LOVE my results. His work is unmatched, his care, compassion, warmth and reassuring personality made travelling alone so much easier for me. Having travelled alone from Australia, whenever I had worries or concerns he and his team always reassured me it was due to drains or swelling. And he was correct. I completely trust my results will be exactly what I have dreamed of. My photos shared are 6 days post-op, with a lot of bruising, and swelling, and the tip of my nose is still raised. But I know this will drop and can't wait to see the final results! I have wanted to change my nose for almost 30 years. I always hated it and was teased for years in school about it. Now I feel like my absolute best self. My breast augmentation was more painful post-op than my nose, I had no pain and no discomfort with my nose post-op. It was smooth sailing and it's been a dream. Dr Bali knew and understood exactly what I was wanting to achieve with my new look. He even fixed the original implant location and made it better for me. We removed teardrop implants and went with a round to create more fullness and I'm excited to see the outcome. They already look like what I envisioned. The hospital was hygienic, and the nurse care there was amazing even with a language barrier they understood everything I needed during my stay overnight in the hospital. Dr Bali, to you, your surgical team and your kind clinic team (especially Berşan) thank you for making my nose perfect, and my breasts phenomenal and making me so incredibly happy. Berşan thank you for always smiling and laughing, your joy made me want to laugh and joke with you but I couldn't smile or laugh properly 🤣😭🤣 I wish I could have hugged you all properly but I was scared to move my arms and was scared to hurt my new boobs 🤣. For anyone travelling from Australia or anywhere to Turkey for a rhinoplasty (or any other plastic surgery) PLEASE BOOK WITH DR BALI. I couldn't find many reviews for him with regard to rhinoplasty but I just knew instantly that he was my surgeon. No fear, no doubts, just the strongest gut feel he was the surgeon I trusted. (Hence my long recommendation). I hope this will help someone with their research and decision. You are in the safest hands with Dr Bali and his team.

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

I am very satisfied with the whole process and the result achieved. Now I have my dream nose. From an organizational point of view, everything was perfect, as promised to me. Everything (hotel stay, operation, hospital stay) was organized by my contact Alexey. The pickups from the airport and each time from the hotel were timed perfectly. The hospital stay was very pleasant and I felt very confident with Dr. Akif Yildirim felt. He understood my wishes and applied them to the operation. Since I spoke Turkish, communication was flawless and I was able to ask anything without hesitation. There was also an interpreter who was there to help us and provided us with further information. My questions were also answered in detail and safely by Dr Akif Yildirim and also answered by the Apranu team. After the operation, Dr. Yildirim was with me again briefly. And confirmed the successful operation to us. The nurses were always there and helped a lot on the first night. I felt very taken care of by the doctor and also in the clinic. Unfortunately, on the second day of our hotel stay, a small health complication arose in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, no one from the clinic could be reached. From my side, I was unable to report the complication myself. The hotel and my companion tried to reach the clinic and my contact person during the night. Unfortunately without success. The information was also not given to Dr. Akif Yildirim, which shocked me a bit. Dr. Akif Yildirim is very confident in his craft and does an excellent job. He had gained complete trust from day one. After 5 days there was a check-up appointment. An interpreter was still there to help. He also took enough time for the examination and cleaning. The subsequent self-care that I have to do was also explained very well. Post-operational consultant Bahar is still in contact with me now.
