Diagnostic Service , led by Dr Deepak Kumar, AuD (Doctor of Audiology) .
We work closely with GPs and Consultants to provide evidence-based
assessment and management for hearing disorders, tinnitus, and balance
conditions .
What differentiates our services is that all clinical services are
delivered by a Doctor of Audiology , with a strong focus on medical-level
diagnostic assessment, evidence-based management, and clear clinical reports
for referring physicians.
Every patient undergoes a comprehensive clinical evaluation ,
allowing us to accurately identify the underlying cause of symptoms including
hearing loss, tinnitus, hyperacusis, vertigo, and persistent balance disorders.
Our Hearing Aid service follows a scientific,
evidence-based fitting protocol . Hearing Aids are prescribed only after a
full diagnostic hearing assessment, and fittings are objectively verified using
Real Ear Measurement , to ensure precise amplification tailored to the
patient’s ear. This improves speech clarity, comfort, and long-term patient
outcomes .
Dr. Deepak has also been providing Lenire® tinnitus treatment for over
five years , with many patients experiencing clinically meaningful
improvements in tinnitus severity and quality of life .
