YPC responded to my query very quickly, they provided cost information very clearly and offered a range of appointment options. Communication was clear, concise, timely and friendly throughout. My appointment was very prompt and the medical professional I saw was easy to talk to, friendly, explained everything very clearly and was thorough. My results were emailed to me before I even left the clinic. I would definitely go back myself and recommend to others.

I attended today for a blood test. Unfortunately, I am not easy to get blood from and many nurses/doctors/phlebotomists have struggled because my veins are small and tricky. Today Mrs. Shahida Ali was amazing, she listened to my explanation, took a little time to check my veins, and as a result was able to get a good, viable sample the first time (very rarely does this happen for me). I was very impressed by her knowledge, courtesy, understanding, and competency. Even better I was finished before my official appointment time. Definitely 5star treatment today. Many thanks

I contacted Dr Sabrina Ong due to unusual symptoms in my 4-year-old. I was especially panicked as I was going away for a week. Dr Ong has a lovely manner; she listened intently while reassuring me. She explains her thinking very clearly and has a beautiful communication style. Dr Ong and the wider team mobilised a lot of resources to get my child seen and tested (this happened at 7 pm on a Friday night! I was flying on Sunday). I will be forever grateful for the attention and speed at which their care was delivered. I was able to enjoy my time away, worry-free. My now 5-year-old is completely fine, and CBC will be my first port of call going forward. Highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience with Mr Masha Singh. I visited him for an earlobe repair after stretching my earlobe a few years back. I spoke to a few other practices but this one was really good value, and the communication with Renata was quick and painless. On the day, Mr Singh made me feel totally at ease, with a really helpful description of what the surgery entailed, what the potential risks were, and what the end result would be. It made a potentially nerve-wracking experience much more relaxing. He was chatty and very kind throughout. I’ve had my stitches out today, and I’m delighted with the result. A few more weeks and it’ll be good as new! Thanks to everyone who works at the GP surgery - and particular thanks to Mr Singh!

I found Nick Birch understood my problem from the start of the appointment, having had a conversation with me beforehand. He took note of the way I was moving and explained the causes, did a thorough bone density scan and gave me a run-down on the meanings of the various measurements on the diagrams. He told me that the way forward would be to have exercises and stretches and as I had been to Sarah on previous occasions to have further physio appointments with her. Later the same day he followed up with a letter to me confirming his analysis and recommended treatment and letting me know the letter would also go to other parties involved, including my GP. I was very heartened by my visit which has given me renewed determination to do my part in improving my condition.

Great service, couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Like having a doctor in the family!

I am sitting in the waiting room after my appointment with Dr Alice Scott. I came for an IUD removal and unlike so many other experiences I’ve had, Dr Scott has approached me as a whole real-life human being. She really truly cares about supporting and helping people, in the most genuine way. I got so much more out of today than I had expected. Thank you for taking the time to see me as a human being.
