Lakeside Surgery

This general medical and primary healthcare practice runs three surgeries in Worksop, Nottinghamshire and one surgery at Doncaster in South Yorkshire. Home visits are arranged for patients who are housebound or too ill to visit the clinics. Repeat prescriptions are provided under the doctor’s supervision at the surgeries. Services offered at the clinics include general health examinations for individuals and families, the administration of childhood and adult immunizations and family vaccinations, podiatry services, maternity care, family planning assistance, chronic disease management, smoking cessation assistance and non NHS medicals for sick notes, driving licenses and insurance policies.
