Once again thank you to Ashfields. Today my wife and I had our flu jabs and the organisation was brilliant. Throughout the past months with Covid being a major factor Ashfields has been superb and we are very grateful to be patients of this practice. Thank you.

I visited Klinik at 10:15 a.m., and received a call at 12:15 p.m., and received and the appointment at 1:30 pm!! I arrived at the Crowthorne medical centre, and was seen by Dr Singh. He was extremely friendly and proficient, and I am very pleased with the service I received. Top marks!!

I shopped around a bit before I decided to use The Cooden Medical Group for varicose veins treatment. I’m happy with the results and we’ll have my next follow-up in three weeks time. The first time I went to the clinic, it was a bit hard to find, but this is because I didn’t have an actual building number. I arrived late and in a great state. But they were very kind and tried to help me. The consultant was very good, but I didn’t feel like I could ask him questions. It was a little intimidating, but I think I was a bit over-awed. Other than this, he was very kind. He was very skilled at his job and this was the most important aspect for me. They gave me some advice regarding the pain. I had some Nurofen at home, so I used this. I don’t think I was sufficiently prepared and this is partly because my sister in Canada had the varicose treatment last year. She was able to drive herself home afterwards. I responded much differently and the after-effects were worse than expected. I think the clinic should let patients know that they might be very uncomfortable for a week afterwards. Things are fine now, though. I’m satisfied.

My 94-year-old mother recently needed YAG after cataract surgery due to PCO. The treatment was carried out at Westland Medical Centre in Hornchurch and at a very competitive price. Had Parathyroidectomy September 2022. Did a lot of research prior to deciding who would be the best consultant to do the procedure. Had part NHS care, then opted for self-pay private `op` Well worth the fee. He is a very good listener, naturally, patients may be somewhat stressed/worried but he puts you at ease straight away, answers questions and informs you about what will be the care/tests/`op`needed and the prognosis on your own understandable terms. He is a good all-rounded chap who actually cares for his patients.
