Quick response with effective advice

5 50 GP Consultation

Quick response with effective advice on whether to vaccinate our two year old for chicken pox after his older brother came out with spots the day before.

We had an appointment Saturday morning after enquiring on Friday evening.

Very professional, prompt and fantastic service

5 50 BCG Vaccine

Required the BCG vaccination for work. Was able to send a query online and was contacted within the hour to make an appointment for the following day. Had previously been trying to get this injection for 2.5 weeks at other locations with no luck. Very professional, prompt and fantastic service received from all staff I was in contact with. Would definitely return/recommend this service to other users.

I would definitely recommend the practice

5 50 GP Consultation, Blood Test

I was seen by Dr Renz regarding my thyroid problem. Blood tests were done and the results were ready the same day. The results were explained to me so that as non medical person can understand.

I would definitely recommend the practice.

The staff are professional, knowledgeable and I did not have to wait. The registration was online and the test results were emailed to me so that I can refer to them when needed or accessed where ever I am. I had a follow up call which was very useful knowing that somebody I can go back to should I need.

Very gentle blood test

5 50 Blood Test • Paid: £46

It was only a blood test, very gently taken. Doctor wars polite, although my relative had appointment with assistant only. He took a look at her documents, made sure she knows what to do after she gets the results.

Clinic is in a good location, in the heart of Richmond, opposite Waitrose, so we used the parking there. We chose this clinic, because, the did answer first and our test due in the next couple of days, Only one more clinic did answer on the same day, minutes after request.

Friendly and professional

5 50 BCG Vaccine • Paid: £115

I wanted a BCG vaccine and had been struggling to to find a place that did it due to the national shortage! However I was able to get it at the Richmond practice as well as the Mantoux test beforehand. Both were done by a friendly and professional doctor. I would highly to recommend this practice if looking for vaccinations that aren't available on the NHS.

Very quick to respond and were able accommodate my needs. The practice was always quick, clean and very professional. All staff were friendly and happy to help with my queries and questions. Would highly recommend.

Same day service

2.5 50 Blood Test

Was able to get a blood test (thyroid profile) same day which was very handy as could not be bothered to wait on NHS and wanted a baseline as I had delayed starting medication for hypothyroidism. Brilliant service and get the results the next day (Saturday!). However was only wanting a blood test and was quoted £25 fee to draw blood and £51 for the test itself...but was then charged £80 consultation fee (+£51). Annoying as I rushed through the appointment, not wanting to waste the doctors time! Ha! Anyway, had they still quoted £131 I would still have gone as not bad for same day service and next day results...just wish they had been more transparent.

Had to wait for appointment as they were running late. Waiting area is OK - stuff for kids to do while waiting. Water machine. Quite cramped area and was busy due to late appointments. Fast response to email enquiry.

Really pleased

4.8 50 BCG Vaccine • Paid: £90

My 4-year-old daughter had her BCG jab following a thorough consultation. The consultant really put her at her ease and the injection itself was so much less traumatic than I expected. We've also been lucky in that the injection site hasn't blistered at all. Really pleased with the whole experience.

No prolonged waiting

5 50 BCG Vaccine • Paid: £90

Vaccination for a 5 yr old. Arrived a little early as requested and seen straight away and vaccination already in the room so no prolonged waiting at all. Peppa Pig on TV to distract during the injection and a Dr. who was not phased by a reticent child who knew what was coming up. Tears gone by the time we got to the top of the stairs to leave.

4.5 50 Mantoux Test • Paid: £50

I am pleased how flexible they were in fitting me for treatment after work. The price paid was the price quoted. They also accommodated me when my results were not satisfactory and Senand did a referral letter for me and sent me my results.
