Strouden Park Medical Centre

01202 237354 2a Bradpole Road, Strouden Park, Bournemouth, BH8 9NX
Rating from 6 Reviews I couldn’t be happier with the resultsAmanda, Southampton (Portswood), 12 Jul 16

After visiting many beauty clinics in the Southampton area and trying different Laser and IPL treatments to remove a large stubborn Spider Naevi I had on my nose (and after being told by another clinic after a couple of treatments of Electrolysis that I would have to learn to live with it) I then used WhatClinic.com and found Melissa at Strouden Park Beauty Clinic in Bournemouth. Melissa not only finally removed the Spider Naevi but also other sun damage areas I had on my face and chest using different IPL systems. I couldn’t be happier with the results and in the future I will definitely always use the Strouden Park Beauty Clinic and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ultrasound
Echocardiogram From £250
An echocardiogram, or "echo", is a scan used to look at the heart and nearby blood vessels.It's a type of ultrasound scan, which means a small probe is used to send out high-frequency sound waves that create echoes when they bounce off different parts of the body.These echoes are picked up by the probe and turned into a moving image that's displayed on a monitor while the scan is carried out.An echocardiogram may be requested by a heart specialist (cardiologist) or any doctor who thinks you might have a problem with your heart, including your GP.An echocardiogram can help detect:damage from a heart attack – where the supply of blood to the heart was suddenly blockedheart failure – where the heart fails to pump enough blood around the body at the right pressurecongenital heart disease – birth defects that affect the normal workings of the heartproblems with the heart valves – problems affecting the valves that control the flow of blood within the heartcardiomyopathy – where the heart walls become thickened or enlargedendocarditis – an infection of the heart valvesFor more details;
Ultrasound From £180
An ultrasound scan, sometimes called a sonogram, is a procedure that uses high-frequency sound waves to create an image of part of the inside of the body. An ultrasound scan can be used to monitor an unborn baby, diagnose a condition, or guide a surgeon during certain procedures. How ultrasound scans work A small device called an ultrasound probe is used, which gives off high-frequency sound waves. You can't hear these sound waves, but when they bounce off different parts of the body, they create "echoes" that are picked up by the probe and turned into a moving image. This image is displayed on a monitor while the scan is carried out. For more information;
