He trained as a physiotherapist in Sheffield, in 1997 and holds a Masters diploma in Health and Fitness Screening, Testing and Training. Under Kevin’s direction, Central Health’s Network of multidisciplinary clinics have become highly regarded by doctors, patients, business users and work colleagues. Creating a relaxed but high quality environment, Kevin ensures that Central Physio's patients receive excellent customer experience with effective outcomes. He has a keen interest in low back pain, work related injuries and sports injuries. Kevin is a member of ACPOHE, MLACP and AACP. He is regarded as one of the leading Back Specialists in the UK. He spent his formative years in the British Army, specialising in Physical Training, Arctic Warfare and Survival Training. He has always taken a keen interest in sports, representing the British Army in triathlons, participating in cross-country skiing events and becoming ITV’s Bodyheat Champion in 1996. He was also an ITV Gladiator audition finalist in 1998.

Charlotte trained to be a post 16 teacher at Keele University after her degree. Since qualifying in 1996, she taught A level Psychology and Sociology in two large sixth forms. Her post as Deputy Head gave her experience of running a busy, complex centre and handling large amounts of student data. This prepared Charlotte for her time at Central, where she has initiated a total transformation of how the service is run.
