Varies between doctors - often have trainees who have then to refer to senior doctor for every consultation. Some are a waste of time, giving little diagnosis or cure (come back next week if it persists) while others are thorough.However, main concerns are about practice management and ability to access doctors, rather than treatment quality.
Good points - same day appointment system.Bad points - have useless premium-rate phone system, with constant waiting each morning to get through. Reception staff poorly trained, block calls to GPs, and lack understanding of customer service. Clinics frequently cancelled with no notice, turning away patients as they arrive.
Looking around for better service before anything happens that meant we would have to rely on GP service.
