Autumn 2018 Flu Vaccination- Saturday 7th October. I have been a patient at Ramsey Health Centre for 20 years and have attended their flu clinics for over 10 years. The organisation in the past has generally been good but this year the system had been refined and worked exceptionally well. My appointment was between 09.00 hrs and 10.00 hrs, I arrived at approximately 9.30 am. I was greeted and directed to the receptionist to be booked in, given a colour coded ticket and then met by a member of the PPG directed me to the appropriated waiting room. As no one was waiting I was taken directly into the surgery by the nurse, the injection was administered and I was back into the main waiting room for a 5-minute rest break before I was free to go. The whole procedure including the rest break took less than 10 minutes.
