Since the start of his practice, Herbal medicines, Acupuncture, Biopuncture and Nutritional counselling has formed a substantial component of his consultations with the objective of ensuring optimal health to his clients. 

Dr Lottering’s Masters Dissertation was completed on the effectiveness of Advanced Brain Food® and a homeopathic complex (Quietude®) for the management of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children.

Recently Dr Lottering has developed a special interest in the fields of Endocrinology as well as female health and has since achieved remarkable results in areas where other modalities have failed.

Dr. Lottering has a tremendous passion for health care with natural medicine and is always astounded by the body's ability to naturally heal if provided with the correct medication and supplements.  He firmly believes and have seen time and again with his patients that many diseases can be treated with natural medication and often cured with this gentle approach.
