About Michelle Reilly Nutrition

Michelle Reilly is a qualified Nutritional Therapist with an MSc in Human Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Aberdeen and a First class honours degree in Biological Sciences from NUI Maynooth. Client consultation training was completed with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health (IINH) in Bray.

At Michelle Reilly Nutrition, I understand how a stressful and busy schedule can seriously influence dietary and lifestyle choices and how poor choices can have a hugely negative impact on our health. 

I work to ensure the best possible care is provided and to develop a specific diet and lifestyle programme to achieve your long term health goals

I was very pleased with the treatment I received. It was very relaxed and professional. Everything was explained in detail and very helpful, achievable advice was given. I found that after making some of the changes advised, I had more energy and felt a lot better. After a couple of weeks I noticed some weightloss too which was an added bonus

As a qualified Nutritional Therapist, I 

work one to one with clients in order to fully understand the health issues they are facing and tailor specific protocols dedicated to alleviating their symptoms. I aim to provide practical guidelines to help people achieve life-long changes in their diet and lifestyle in order to obtain optimum health. 

Phone and email support also provided to guide clients through their specific programmes

Weight Loss Consultation

We offer a 12 week weight loss package which includes menu plans, recipes, lifestyle advice and guidelines dedicated to helping you lose weight the healthy and sustainable way. 

The programme involves an initial 60 minute consultation followed by either four 30 minute consults or shorter more frequent consults over the 12 weeks.
