Monkstown Natural Health Clinic - Michael Lawlor

Monkstown Natural Health Clinic

I can’t recommend him highly enoughPeter, Ireland, 06 07 23

I’ve been with Michael Lawlor for over 10 years for various treatments. Latest one was when I gave up cigarettes as I’ve been diagnosed with COPD. In my job I’d normally walk about 9km a day. With COPD my calf muscles would cramp after 2 Km. I could write a book about the advice and importantly diet changes that Michael suggested I do. As an aside. Today I went for my last visit till August. Two weeks ago I had the beginning of a bad toothache the day I saw Michael. With a few cranial needles I’ve been pain-free for weeks. I can’t recommend Michael highly enough. Brilliant guy. 👍👍

Insight Matters - Phibsborough

106 Capel Street, Dublin 1, Dublin, D01 WY40
Insight Matters provides Individual, Relationship and Group Counselling, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for a wide range of issues. Psychotherapy and counselling gives you a regular time to think and talk about the issues, which are stopping you from living a happier and fuller life. This is carried out in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space. It works best when a collaborative relationship is formed between you and your therapist. When you see a psychotherapist or counsellor you get to learn more about yourself and how your mind and body works and the relationship between your beliefs and thoughts and how you feel and behave. The aim of the psychotherapy is lasting psychological change, brought about through increased insight. These changes include: • Becoming more able to feel, identify and express emotions.• Making connections (e.g. between feelings and behaviours or past and present experiences).• Gaining a greater understanding of behaviours.• Developing effective emotional and practical coping strategies.• Re-evaluating perceptions and past experiences, this often leads us to become more self-accepting. You and the therapist will explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may be causing emotional and physical distress. Together you will discover new healthier ways of coping and letting go of past experiences, enabling you to move forward with your life. At Insight Matters we are committed to providing services built
