Elbha is based in Malahide, Co Dublin and has extensive dietetic experience based in both the public and private sector. Elbha has worked as a registered dietitian for the past 9 years. She has worked throughout the United Kingdom within the NHS in both out-patient and in-patient settings and has recently returned home to Ireland after a number of years working in Bahrain. Elbha's aim is to always provide appropriate and accurate advice, both verbal and written, in an easy to understand, interesting and informative manner.
