I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has concerns about ADHDHelena, Ireland, 12 10 23

This clinic is an efficient and thorough method of adult ADHD assessment, that uses a battery of recognised psychometric tests to assess symptoms of ADHD in both childhood and adulthood. They also use a range of tests that will rule out other disorders that can mimic the symptoms of ADHD, as well as look for other comorbid disorders that often co-occur with it. It works by having an initial in-depth screening in person after filling out a range of other tests at home, both by yourself and another person who knows you well. If it is decided that ADHD is suspected, you will be referred to a psychiatrist, who will confirm your diagnosis and initiate a treatment that is suitable for you. The psychiatrist will work with you throughout this process and Bergin will provide coaching on ways to improve symptoms as well as practical information on your diagnosis. It is an excellent alternative to the public route if you are in a position to do this as the process is very timely and personally within 3 weeks I had both a diagnosis and treatment initiated! Zac has in-depth knowledge of ADHD and had an excellent way of interpreting what I was saying even when I wasn't sure how to articulate it. He knows the kinds of questions to ask to find all the information he needs. I would recommend attending his clinic prior to engaging with online psychiatry consultants on their own because you will have more confidence in your diagnosis due to the extra time that is taken to look into your symptoms. I am both grateful and excited for the future having finally pinpointed an issue that has been with me all my life. I am confident that it is the right diagnosis and I have been given all the tools I need to make the best of my future. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has concerns about ADHD. Zac is very easy to talk to and will help you feel at ease throughout the whole process!

Weight Loss Consultation
“If you are currently trying to lose weight, then do your mind and body a favour and throw away the weighing scales. It’s not empowering and it does not create motivation and it does not keep you on track. In fact it makes you a prisoner in your own body. Instead lets Reshape your mind and you will naturally reshape your body. Hypnosis is the ideal tool with which to change the shape of your mind and body. Hypnosis Uses your emotional intelligence. It enables you to derive pleasure from eating less. With the help of your hypnotherapy programme you will be amazed at the ease with which you lose weight. My hypnotic suggestions will help you to derive pleasure from eating less food. With this programme you are encouraged to reduce the quantity of everything, but to cut out nothing. In other word you can still have your treats, just not as often. During your 12 week programme you will learn how to respond to hunger signals and begin to understand the difference between ‘needing food’ and ‘wanting to Eat’. There is no avoiding the fact that exercise is a vital part of losing weight. I will teach you how to have a naturally motivated ability to perform regular gentle fitness which will fit into your busy life. Remember YOU DO NOT NEED STRONG WILLPOWER Willpower (or conscious determination) is one thing, but because it only uses one part of the mind, its effects are all temporary. Hypnosis operates at the sub-conscious level and uses all of your senses, which is the very foundation of emotional intelligence. This allows you to lose your unwanted weight without dieting and stop obsessing about food.

106 Capel Street, Dublin 1, Dublin, D01 WY40
Insight Matters provides Individual, Relationship and Group Counselling, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for a wide range of issues. Psychotherapy and counselling gives you a regular time to think and talk about the issues, which are stopping you from living a happier and fuller life. This is carried out in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space. It works best when a collaborative relationship is formed between you and your therapist. When you see a psychotherapist or counsellor you get to learn more about yourself and how your mind and body works and the relationship between your beliefs and thoughts and how you feel and behave. These changes include: • Becoming more able to feel, identify and express emotions.• Making connections (e.g. between feelings and behaviours or past and present experiences).• Gaining a greater understanding of behaviours.• Developing effective emotional and practical coping strategies.• Re-evaluating perceptions and past experiences, this often leads us to become more self-accepting. You and the therapist will explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may be causing emotional and physical distress.
