Geraldine has been an accredited Breastfeeding Counsellor for more than 20 years and is now a specialist International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She is also hold a Diploma in Antenatal Education. I believe that women who get help in the early days of breast-feeding are more likely to breastfeed for longer with the resulting health of all parties enhanced from this experience. I provide home visits and clinics so that Mums can get the help they need when they need it.  Not at the convenience of the medical professional.

The Kinsale Medical Centre has been offering excellent medical care to it's patients for over thirty years. We strive to maintain, and improve, a standard of health care that is second to none. We are a teaching practice affiliated to University College Cork. We are involved in Continuing Medical Education. We are active members of the Kinsale Primary Care Team, Which allows for greater liason between all health professionals and ensures a more comprehensive care for patients in need of health services in our community.

Hilda O'Shea qualified from University College Cork in 1969, and is in General Practice with a special interest in Dermatology. She is also interested in Student Health and is Medical Officer to the Cork Institute of Technology. Hilda currently represents the Irish members of the Primary Care Dermatology Society
