He was trained extensively in cardiac anesthesia at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai and has been working there for the last 16 years as a consultant. He has a special interest in day care anesthesia.

Graduated from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and had her DNB training in General surgery from Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. After completing her DNB she had been working with Dr.Patta Radhakrishna for the last four years. She has adequate experience in day-care laparoscopic surgery as well as surgery for piles, fissures and fistulae. During this period she obtained her MRCS (Edinburgh) as well as FMAS (Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery) and FRS (Fellowship in Robotic Surgery).
