I received counselling from HelpLink and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole experience was so pleasant and the staff are so approachable. Great to know that they are always there when we need help and some self-care.

I had been suffering from anxiety and anger issues due to years of swallowing emotions. Martina provided a safe and trusting space that helped me work through this. I felt at ease with her from day one and she was very patient with helping me open up and deal with my issues. It was a lot of work but I am in a much better place now thanks to Martina and the work that we put in. Could not recommend enough to anyone dealing with anything similar or feeling like everything is piling on top of them.

I have just started my treatment today. But I had a very good experience in the past with Jenny’s acupuncture treatments. Very good first season today so far and feel relaxed. Thank you. Recommend this practice warmly.

So glad we found Eileen. My daughter attends her and after a bad experience with CBT in another practice, this had to work. My daughter is so happy and looks forward to her appointments. Thank you Eileen.

I had a car accident in October this year, I was referred to them. The staff are absolutely fantastic and my physiotherapy is done by Luke, who is absolutely amazing. I was aching all over, I have had a few sessions with Luke and I feel absolutely great, back on the road to recovery. Thank you guys you do such a wonderful job.

Had a mini medical scare last week and contacted Hanover Medical Centre for a consultation, firstly over the phone and then a face-to-face assessment. The staff on the phones were incredibly professional and helpful in trying to accommodate my (stressful) needs and I would like to say a big thank you to all of them for their help. My appointment was with Dr David Gibson and he was really fantastic. Both over the phone and in person, he made me feel at ease and decreased my initial stresses very quickly. He was very courteous and made a number of phone calls on my behalf to try to find a hospital for a further appointment and pending surgery. He even followed up my appointment with a follow-up phone call to me to see if I had been accommodated with the hospital appointment. A really nice and very personal touch. Thank you, Dr Gibson, for all your help and I would definitely attend again should I be in need of medical care and attention. Many thanks to all at Hanover Medical. :)

I can't recommend Clair enough! She has helped me in huge ways, she helped me unlock behaviours, thoughts and feelings I suffered with since a child. She helped me understand better and gave me tools and strategies to deal with my anxiety, depression and view of self. She is kind, compassionate and an excellent listener. I now truly believe have a good relationship with your counsellor is key and nobody has ever matched to Clair since.

Very nice and professional staff and doctors. I wouldn't change it.
