Focus areas include erectile dysfunction (including vascular causes), comprehensive men’s health, and personalized regenerative medicine programs.

Dr. Kiian has over 12 years of clinical experience, including more than 12 years of work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), with the use of regenerative cell–based therapies as part of comprehensive, individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs.

Dr. Lukyanenko is an orthopedic traumatologist expert with 20+ years of clinical experience. Regenerative cell therapy experience: 15+ years.

Dr. Kamelia Milcheva is a hematologist in Sofia with over 14 years of medical experience. Her professional interests are in the field of hematology of pregnancy, and immunohaematology. She was awarded the title of "Young Hematologist" for two consecutive years (2013 and 2014) at the annual symposium of the same name, accredited by the European Hematology Association (EHA). 

Veronica is the nurse-cosmetologist at our clinic is a medical specialist working at the intersection of regenerative medicine and aesthetic cosmetology. In her practice, she combines clinical precision, modern protocols, and an individual approach to each patient.

Milan is a patient service manager responsible for supporting English- and German-speaking patients at the clinic. He ensures clear and timely communication at all stages of interaction, from the initial contact to the completion of the treatment process.
