• Helen graduated from Otago University, NZ as a Physiotherapist in 1975 and has lived and worked in Sydney, Australia since 1979.

• She undertook post-graduate studies through Sydney University completing her Graduate Diploma in Manipulative Therapy in 1983, her Masters of Applied Science in 1989, and her Doctor of Philosophy – titled Evaluation of the McKenzie Method in 2005. She remains associated with Sydney University in the role of an Associated Academic staff and co-supervises graduate students. In 2009 she became a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and is a Fellow of the Australian College of Physiotherapists.

• Helen is a Credentialled McKenzie therapist and has a Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. She has been an Instructor with the McKenzie Institute since 1986 and is currently the only teaching member of the McKenzie Institute in Australia. She also teaches courses in the McKenzie Method internationally and to date has taught in 32 countries. She has been the International Director of Education for the McKenzie Institute International since 1999.

• Helen has developed clinical expertise in the management of both neck and low back pain. She has a special clinical interest in the assessment and management of cervical radiculopathy and the differentiation of cervical/shoulder pathology. She supports an emphasis on self management with exercise and regular participation in physical activity.

• Jenny is a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and a Credentialled McKenzie Therapist. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of New South Wales and a Post Graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy and Manipulative Therapy from Faculty of Health Sciences, Sydney University.

• She is also a trained Lymphoedema Therapist, treating people with both Primary and Secondary Lymphoedema.

• She is a strong believer in exercise and weight training to maintain cardiovascular and musculoskeletal fitness, works out regularly and participants in a wide range of sporting activities.

• Sue has worked as a titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist since 1986 owning her own Physiotherapy practice in Nelson Bay for the last 10 years. After graduating from Sydney University as a pharmacist in 1975, and as a physiotherapist in 1981, she completed her Graduate Diploma in Manipulative Therapy in 1986. She completed her Masters of Medical Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle in 2005.

• She is currently doing her Doctor of Philosophy – studying the identification and treatment of people with cervicogenic dizziness and pain.She is a lecturer at Australian Catholic University North Sydney. She is a certified Mulligan practitioner. Her clinical interests are in treating dizziness, neck pain, headaches and jaw (TMJ) problems.
