Dr. Forman was selected and served as Chief Resident during his final year of training. Following that, he completed an advanced fellowship in dermatopathology at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.
Throughout his medical training, Dr. Forman was committed to academic pursuits. He has researched, studied and written peer-reviewed articles about various dermatological issues including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, merkel cell carcinoma, vascular tumors, and inflammatory conditions such as eczema.
Dr. Forman also is the primary author of two chapters in Comprehensive Dermatologic Drug Therapy, the leading reference textbook for dermatological therapeutics.
Nurse Practitioner Sandra Mora graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2010.
She is certified in adult health through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and is a member of The Dermatology Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to becoming an ARNP-C, Sandra had 12 years of nursing experience. She worked at Morton Plant Hospital, spending several years working in interventional cardiology, and spent 4 years as a surgical nurse.
Upon obtaining her master’s degree, Sandra was drawn to the field of Dermatology and works closely with Dr. Forman to help provide the comprehensive care that is the trademark of Forman Dermatology and Skin Cancer Institute.
