During the first visit the patient will have a full consultation with Dr Farrell to cover their skin concern. If appropriate, Dr Farrell may also examine other sites of the skin, as sometimes other sites of the body can be similarly affected. (e.g. in the case of sun damage). Dr Farrell with discuss with you the diagnoses, relevant investigations and treatment plan. Some investigations can be done on the day but others may need approval from your insurance company . Dr Farrell will also suggest a treatment plan and provide relevant information leaflets. The clinic also has available on site many of the products that may be required as part of the treatment plan and we can dispense these on the day. We also provide a postal service so that repeat requests for product can be supplied. Dr Farrell will usually also follow up the consultation with a typed report which will be posted to you within a few days summarising the discussion. Dr Farrell usually writes to your General Practitioner with her recommendations and a copy is sent to you. If you are attending for purely a cosmetic reason and do not wish Dr Farrell to write to your GP then she will respect your wishes, but if you wish she will send a recommendation of treatments to you. If you are funding the consultation and treatment through insurance it is important that you obtain an authorisation number for the consultation before the visit. Accepted a cancellation appointment the day after I applied to see someone. Dr Susana Morris was easy to talk to and she understood that I had been 'fobbed off' by so many NHS doctors disinterested in what they deemed to be purely cosmetic treatment. She removed surgically one keratosis from my shoulder and used liquid nitrogen to freeze a multitude of others from my torso. She will check the results in 8 weeks' time.

I had breast enlargement surgery with Oliver Harley. After breastfeeding two children I finally made the decision to make the leap, I wanted to be like I was before the children! Wow, I can't thank or recommend him enough. The whole process from start to finish was quick and relatively painless. I had an overnight stay at the McIndoe hospital in east Grinstead where the staff were lovely and I felt very cared for. I was discharged the following day, back at work after a week and now, 6months on I really couldn't be happier with the finished product. The mans a miracle worker. I would honestly say, stop thinking about it and just do it! The money it cost wasn't a fortune and was well worth it for the way I feel about myself now.
