Betina was fantastic, she replied to me so quickly and gave me an appointment within the same week for a skin tag removal using a cryogen. Her clinic is clean and professional, and she has excellent bedside manners, as she answered all my questions and explained the entire procedure which put me at ease. Her prices are the best around (I shopped around for a while and no one compared to her) and I would 100% recommend her and go back in future if needed. 5* service

The experience of the team showed, no pain, felt totally at ease (even though I don't like needles) and the nurse made me feel valued.
