I attended the clinic not really knowing what to expect, but the staff were so friendly and professional.

Julian talked me through everything and then carried out the treatment on a wart-type skin tag on my neck, which only took a couple of minutes.

Julian informed that it would drop off in 14-15 days, and after putting up with this horrible-looking ‘ thing’ for a few years I couldn’t believe what I was being told.

After a few days it started to shrink, and true to Julian’s word, on day 15 it came away and dropped off.

A little red mark remained as I had been told there would be, and now a couple of months later there is nothing.

I can’t thank the centre enough, I definitely recommend the clinic, and I will return straight away should I have a similar issue in the future. Thank you very much.

I spoke to Emma on the telephone and she was so lovely. Very friendly and helpful and just the same when I met her in person. It's very important for the first experience with the clinic to be a positive one. I then had my appointment with Julian for the treatment of a verruca.

It has been very difficult to get rid of but I cannot praise him enough. He was so friendly and put me at ease immediately. The explanation of the treatment was superb and hopefully, fingers crossed, my verruca has finally gone. Excellent team and excellent service.

Julian was absolutely first class and put my very nervous husband at ease straight away. He had a wart removed from very close to his eye. After 2 weeks all trace of it was gone and my husband was overjoyed!! Real value for money.

I am delighted that I found this jewel in the crown for skin conditions. Julian has treated 3 areas on my head for Keratosis removal and the results have been amazing. After exhausting all creams to fade the pigmentation on my face ( which didn’t work for me) I searched and found this excellent clinic for help with this awful pigmentation which I managed to get while on holiday it left me looking like a raccoon.

Julian was excellent extremely professional he explained everything about the treatment and aftercare and the creams I would need to help my recovery.

Well, the folk were just excellent.

Julian the chap that did the laser work explained in detail the process so that I was able to understand not only what he was going to do but also how the laser treatment actually works. He, Julian was very clear in terms of modifying my expectations of the laser treatment and explaining that the skin is a moving living article and as such, it takes time and patience for treatments to fully realize their potential; also like any other part of the body the skin requires nurturing and conditioning just like one's teeth, heart, muscles, .ligaments etc.

I guess it's a bit like having a good physio who looks after your body and or a dentist that looks after your teeth. I am placing my skincare into the hands of Julian.

I had milia removed from my cheek, it took minutes and it’s healing nicely! So glad I decided to use Lincoln laser, so very polite and friendly! I will be going back to get my skin tags removed soon. A very pleasant experience worth every penny!
