I was seen by the lovely Kayti for skin tag removal. I’m a medical professional and was impressed by her clinical practice and professionalism. This was my first cosmetic procedure and I was instantly put at ease by Kayti’s friendly demeanour. The procedure itself was explained to me in detail and carried out with the minimum of discomfort to me. Information regarding aftercare was appropriate and knowledgeable. Overall I was very impressed by the set up of the clinic and with the standard of care provided by Kayti. Firstly, Kerry is a wonderful person. Calm, kind, knowledgeable and very personable. She explained clearly to me how she would remove the milia on my face. The procedure was very easy and quick with limited discomfort. Only 5 days later my skin is absolutely clear and the milia have disappeared. I’m amazed. Yes, you have to take care of the crusts and slight swelling after the procedure, but that is obvious. Just keep the area dry. I highly recommend Kerry and her clinic. Thank you, Kerry!
