I recently had bilateral otoplasty with the plastic surgeon at Beautiful Beings. The initial consultation and follow up were at the Beautiful Beings clinic just outside Hull and the surgery was at a nearby hospital. The staff at both the clinic and the hospital were very professional and reassuring. Both clinic and hospital were clean and friendly environments. The surgeon was very clear about what would happen during and after the operation and what the result should be. The cost was clearly set out and payment was easy. The surgery was completely pain-free except for the initial anaesthetic injection (which didn't hurt much at all), and the operation was over in 45 mins. The first night was a bit uncomfortable but the recovery was very smooth and pain-free. The result is excellent, exactly what was discussed in the consultation and I'm so happy!

I am 64 and just felt I looked ‘old’ I had Dermer rolling and then dermal fillers. I am thrilled with the results after one day and I know it will be even better after a week. Eve is very very experienced and I felt totally confident in her care. Excellent value for money when you know you're getting the best. I’m sure other clinics can be a bit cheaper but none could give you the confidence and attention to detail that Botanics give you knowing they take no shortcuts and only use 100% real products. The clinic is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. It makes you feel confident that you’re in the right place. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Botanics to anyone. All I can say is, Mairin is the best! She is the most down to earth person and makes every appointment so comfortable and enjoyable! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
