Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

I had a very positive experience with Aesthetica. It’s a very clean and calming clinic with great and friendly staff. Louise who carried out my procedure was lovely and extremely knowledgeable. She talked me through exactly what would be happening and what results I would expect so I had every faith in her abilities. The results of my sessions have been great! I have had multiple sessions removing facial hair and it has worked great and super improved my self-esteem. Results will obviously be better if you have dark hair like I do and for anyone getting sessions for your face I definitely recommend their numbing cream first before any session, I forgot for my first session and made sure I didn't forget any others. Also very friendly staff and very lenient booking times for reschedules.

Absolutely superb from consultation to procedure. Communication was clear and very helpful. I can’t fault my experience and would happily recommend to anyone. I had a mole removed and the treatment was first class and not over priced. Would happily go back if I needed anything else done. I chose the clinic as it had a great reputation and the price was very fair. They did exactly what they promised and I was more than happy with their service.

Would totally recommend Smile kind to everyone. Refreshing way this practice operates. Instantly calmed with music and a cheerful environment. My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen. The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too. Both were so joyful in the work.
