Elmas has excellent facilities and wonderful staff. They are very honest and gave me a very clear understanding of what could be achieved without misleading me. The treatment was smooth without any unexpected issues. It was painless and the process took exactly how long they said it would. I was looked after very well throughout the surgery and was regularly kept informed by English speaking staff member about the next steps. I was given detailed instructions about post-surgery care and I was also given all medicines and shampoos to use for the next several weeks. The accommodation was arranged in a very nice and friendly hotel. I was picked up and dropped off at the Airport and was regularly in touch with a knowledgeable staff member post surgery. It was a very good experience. Excellent experience. Great facilities, very clean and modern. Very well trained staff, very friendly service both before and after the surgery.
