Hello from Mauritius!!! I met Marcelle when I was living in Cape Town 6 years ago, after being referred by a friend. I find her and her colleagues to be professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly - with excellent customer service. Marcelle is the only Dermatologist I trust with my skin and even though I do not live in Cape Town anymore, I always go back to her when I need anything for my skin. Even before COVID and travel restrictions she kindly offered remote consultations to accommodate my needs. Her genuine desire to help and passion for her work is evident and it is the reason why I keep on going back to her. I highly recommend her and her clinic.

Initially I wanted to have micro-needling done at this clinic, however, they suggested Fractora and I ended up doing that instead. I’ve only had one session at this point, so I can’t see a difference yet. They told me it would take three to four sessions before I see a definite change. I thought it would be a more painful process, but it was actually fine. I feel confident going to the next session. The clinic looks professional and the staff made me feel welcome. I felt well-prepared as we'd discussed everything during the consultation. The whole process took less than fifteen minutes. She focused mainly on my cheeks and applied one layer of peel to the rest of my face. I would have preferred if she’d focused on the entire face. The best part was that there was no real pain involved, just some minor irritation.

My husband and I were patients of Dr Misra when he was practising in East London where we live. We always enjoyed our visits to Dr Misra as we found him extremely pleasant and someone you could talk to with ease about any skin problem - he would always explain in detail what the problem was and his solutions all worked well - in short - we found him to be nothing short of FANTASTIC! When Dr Misra relocated to Cape Town we were extremely sad and couldn't bring ourselves to go to any other dermatologist in East London so when we have dermatological problems we will always go to Cape Town to solve them with him which says a lot. We visited Cape Town late last year and saw Dr Misra at the Clinic - our impression of the Clinic was excellent - and the ladies in the front office - in particular Cecily was very welcoming - we will definitely continue to visit your clinic in the future Sincerely Jenny Copeland
