Derma-Act

Dr. Konstantinos Pagidas graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2006. He then specialized at the Department of Dermatology, Venereology and Allergology at the Military Medical Academy (VMA). He was part of the team at Via-Medica Clinic from 2013 to the end of 2016.

He is a PhD candidate researching the treatment of hyper- and hypopigmentation with laser procedures. He has completed specialized training in pigmentation and its removal using CO2 laser, other lasers, and topical treatments.

He is currently the owner and dermatologist at Derma-Act Clinic for Dermatology and Aesthetics.

In 2011, Dr.Trendafilova graduated in Medicine from the Medical University of Varna.

From 2012 to 2016, she specialized at the Military Medical Academy in Sofia, after which she obtained her specialty in Dermatology and Venereology. In 2017, she began working at the Derma-Act Clinic for Dermatology and Aesthetics and became a partner in 2019.

Dr.Trendafilova specializes closely in the study of aesthetic medicine and methods for the early prevention and correction of facial and body tissue aging. Her interests include the study and understanding of so-called injection 3D anatomy, the risks of complications, and how to manage them.

Together with Dr. Maria Hadzhiyska, in 2020 she was honored with the "Woman of the Year" award as "Ambassadors of Beauty."

She is a co-author of scientific articles and a

 researcher in numerous clinical trials studying the application of biologic products in patients with Psoriasis vulgaris. Dr. Trendafilova performs aesthetic and dermatological consultations; dermatoscopy

Dr. Maria Hadzhiyska is a dermatologist and venereologist with a clinical specialization from UMBAL "Alexandrovska" (2021) and a medical degree completed with honors (2016). She combines clinical dermatology with aesthetic medicine and longevity science.

She is a trainer for Allergan Aesthetics and a Key Opinion Leader for Eastern Europe, working with the company's full range of injectable products — hyaluronic acid fillers, neuromodulators, and dermal hydrators.

She is the first Bulgarian dermatologist to hold two diplomas in dermatoscopy from Rome, Italy, as well as diplomas from the Swiss Aesthetic Institute and the RA Academy (UK).

With over 15,000 procedures performed, she is a speaker at international congresses (IMCAS, AMWC, EADV) and a member of EADV, the International Dermoscopy Society, and BAAD. She is the creator and host of the podcast Aesthetic Brains.

Dr. Prisadashka obtained her specialty in Dermatology and Venereology in 2014. She specializes in aesthetic medicine and has completed numerous courses in comprehensive skin assessment, facial structural changes resulting from chronological and photo-aging, and the development of individualized beautification and rejuvenation programs, among others. She studied facial anatomy in one of the most prestigious courses at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Dr. Prisadashka performs aesthetic and dermatological consultations; dermatoscopy; and works with dermal and biostimulating fillers, mesothreads, skinboosters, mesotherapy.

Dr. Mariela Klaklova is a specialist in Dermatology and Venereology with expertise in aesthetic and laser dermatology. She graduated from the Medical University of Sofia (2018) and obtained her specialty at UMBAL "Alexandrovska" (2023). Her focus is on innovative laser technologies, injection therapies, and personalized anti-age protocols, combining medical precision with natural, long-lasting results.

Core competencies: injectable aesthetics (fillers, biostimulators, skinboosters, mesotherapy), laser and device-based procedures (BBL® HEROic™, Halo, PicoSure Pro®, Palomar® Icon, CO₂ laser, HIFU, Morpheus8, microneedling, chemical peels), and VISIA skin diagnostics.

She is a member of the Bulgarian Dermatological Society (BDS) and the Bulgarian Medical Association (BMA).

Dr. Petya Petkova is a dermatologist with over 12 years of clinical experience, specializing in laser and injection therapies and aesthetic medicine. She graduated from the Medical University of Sofia (2014) and specialized at the Dermatology and Venereology Clinic at Alexandrovska University Hospital (2015–2019), obtaining her specialty in Dermatology and Venereology in 2020. She has been part of the Derma-Act team since 2017.

Dr. Petkova focuses on three main areas: laser treatment of scars and signs of aging, acne treatment and prevention, and skin anti-aging. She has strong expertise in skinboosters, Laser and device-based procedures: BBL HEROic, MOXI, HIFU, CO2 laser resurfacing, removal of skin lesions (Youlaser CO2), Genesis laser rejuvenation, carbon peel, and laser treatment of broken vessels and capillaries (Quanta Chroma).

She also performs chemical peels, often combined into protocols for acne, scars, uneven skin tone, and texture.

Her favorite procedures are HIFU and MOXI.

Dr. Martina Yaneva is a specialist with 7 years of experience in dermatology. She graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2018 and specialized at the Dermatology and Venereology Clinic at Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital – Sofia (2019–2023), obtaining her specialty in Dermatology and Venereology in 2023. She is currently a PhD candidate.

Her professional interests include dermatoscopy of skin lesions, dermatological consultations, and eczema therapy and monitoring.

At Derma-Act, Dr. Yaneva conducts dermatological consultations, performs dermatoscopy, and provides screening and monitoring of skin lesions using Her favorite procedure is skin lesion screening and monitoring with FotoFinder, which she considers essential for the early detection of potentially dangerous conditions. It is especially suited for people with fair skin that burns easily, those with numerous moles, or those with a personal or family history of skin cancer.

Dr. Vladislava Chilingirova is a plastic surgeon with 8 years of experience. She graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2017 and obtained her specialty in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery in 2024, following her training at the Clinic of Burns and Plastic-Reconstructive Surgery at UMBALSM "N.I. Pirogov." She has been part of the Derma-Act team since 2019.

Her interest in surgery began during her university studies — from her third year, she actively volunteered at the Abdominal Surgery Clinic at UMBALSM "N.I. Pirogov," where over four years she gained hands-on experience in diagnostics, surgical treatment, and patient follow-up across a wide range of surgical pathologies.

After graduating, her career remained connected to UMBALSM "N.I. Pirogov." From 2018, she worked at the Clinic of Burns and Plastic-Reconstructive Surgery, where she completed her specialization and, in 2024, obtained her specialty in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. During her training, she took part in the treatment of some of the most severe and complex cases in the field — patients with serious burns, combined trauma, soft tissue defects, and a wide variety of reconstructive surgeries. This work shaped her precise surgical approach, attention to detail, and individualized care for each patient.

Today, Dr. Chilingirova combines her knowledge and experience in reconstructive surgery with the latest advances in aesthetic medicine and aesthetic surgery. Her professional focus is on achieving natural, harmonious, and long-lasting results through a combination of surgical and non-surgical rejuvenation and beautification methods.

With over 14 years of medical experience in Germany and Bulgaria and a completed specialization in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Dr. Hristomir Dimitrov combines high medical standards with an eye for aesthetics and a personalized approach.

Dr. Plamen Trendafilov is a specialist with 6 years of experience in plastic surgery. He graduated from the "Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" Medical University in Varna in 2020. He specialized in Plastic-Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Acibadem City Clinic MBAL Tokuda, Sofia. In 2026, he obtained his specialty in Plastic-Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.

During his studies, he completed numerous courses and actively volunteered at the Neurosurgery Clinic at UMBAL "Sveta Marina" and the Burns Clinic at the Military Hospital in Varna. He participated in national congresses to broaden his medical knowledge of new technologies and practices in medicine and reconstructive surgery.

In 2014, he organized the "Walter E. Dandy" World Congress of Neurosurgery in Varna.

Dr. Svetoslav Dimitrov is a vascular surgeon with 18 years of experience, specializing in aesthetic phlebology — minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins, including laser ablation, sclerotherapy, and microsurgery. He diagnoses and treats diseases of the carotid arteries, aorta, and limb arteries and veins — including atherosclerosis, thrombosis, varicose veins, and other conditions.

His professional interests are focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of vascular diseases, as well as endovascular surgery. He specializes in minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins — sclerotherapy, and microsurgery for varicose veins.

Dr. Valeri Malev graduated in Medicine from Heinrich Heine University, Düsseldorf, Germany, and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski." He is the author of numerous scientific articles in Bulgarian and international journals and a regular speaker at dermatology and dermatosurgery forums.
