I have been having issues with bleeding gums and a missing tooth for a while, but been avoiding going to the dentist due to past unpleasant experience. Then someone recommended me Dr. Param, though wasn’t sure initially but oh god I am so glad I went to her! From entering the clinic to sitting on that chair and till my exit, she made sure I was comfortable and at ease. She understood my apprehension, she treated me with patience and made sure it was a painless experience. Also, everything was super clean and hygienic which added to my confidence in her. I contacted Sonrisa Perfecta Dental on a Monday. My flight to leave was on Wednesday. They were able to respond to my inquiry very quickly and have me in on Tuesday! It's smarter to book in advance and plan your trip around coming, but I'm letting you know they were available for me during an emergency. I originally thought I just wanted to have a deep cleaning and laser whitening. I thought maybe they would fill a cavity or two because I had some pain in my tooth. Long story short, I had an infection and needed a double root canal and permanent fillings after. They were able to slot me in for a double root canal the very same day. And gave me perfect white permanent fillings the next day. One surgeon performed the root canal on Tuesday, and Dr Loayza Roys personally did my fillings at 8 am the next morning. I had no pain during or after the procedures. The colour of the fillings matched perfectly, and the bite is great. Inside is very clean. It smells wonderful at all times. The staff treat you like royalty. You can tell Dr Loayza Roys has a lot of experience in her field. She worked with unmatched skill, precision and speed. As far as the language barrier. When working with the dental hygienist. The only two words you should know are "abra" and "cierre" I have more dental work to do, so I will go back and recommend you pay them a visit.
