From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

I went to this clinic through recommendation of my friend craig who had his teeth done here. I had zirconium crowns and a bridge. My original teeth were awful and I had not smiled for a long time. My first visit here was very professional. The clinic is spotlessly clean and very modern. I was a very nervous patient but I was soon put at ease. I was explained everything they were going to do. I cannot express enough how happy I am with my beautiful new smile and the confidence I have gained thank you so so much. I would not have been able to afford this treatment I had in my own country England. Absolutley brilliant value for money thankyou for everything again.

Since my experience was incredibly seamless and professional, I decided to book Dr.Diego to complete a full crown for me (which I had been delaying on in Canada). I have attended this clinic in Banja Luka for eight years under the care of Bojan Obradović, following a recommendation from a friend. Initially, I had two lower back implants, which were carried out over two visits. Subsequently, along with routine maintenance, I have at different times had three bridges, a crown fitted, and a complex replacement crown on an old implant. The work was carried out with the utmost professionalism, care and advice, and has brought about excellent results for the well-being and enhancement of my teeth. Living in London, the journey is straightforward and is worthwhile both financially and to be assured of excellent treatment. It is also great to have the opportunity to explore different areas of the region. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this clinic.
