I cracked part of my tooth and messaged the clinic on short notice. Nermine managed to find a convenient time that day and was fantastic throughout the whole process.

We visited Brixworth Dental Practice today for our first appointment. It was a relaxed atmosphere which is important for my daughter as she has severe anxiety. The staff were lovely. The dentist explained everything as he was going along. We will be booking all our dental treatments with them in future.

I have been with Dental Concepts for a few years now as it became clear the number of NHS Dentists in Andover was dwindling. Yesterday I had a check-up but also needed a re-coat (not sure if that is the correct Orthodontic term!) on one of my teeth. I was seen by Dr Afra Shaj. I'm well retired and have to admit to being terrified of Dentists as my experiences of them go back many decades. But Dr Afra was brilliant. So thoughtful and gentle, and she explained every procedure she was going through. No need for an injection. I'm not saying I'm looking forward to the next Appointment but what I can say is that I will not need to be dragged in next time!

I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. So, if you are thinking of a dentist who incorporates technical excellence with integrity, and also extremely importantly, a sympathetic response to difficulties that can seem overwhelming, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nikolaos and his excellent team. You will find that all their suggestions for your treatment are based on a genuine desire to help you in every possible way, as I did!

Fantastic service. Badly broke a tooth and needed an emergency dentist. I was so nervous the tooth would just be pulled. Instead, I got an appointment the same day, a Saturday no less. Treated the tooth for infection and the next day had a root canal and crown. Truly impressed by the professionalism and quality of care. 100 times faster than UK treatment and 100 cheaper than the USA. Thank you!
