Having a dental treatment done at the moment with Dr Anne I was very nervous and anxious but the minute I walked into the clinic I felt at ease. Dr Anne is such a lovely gentle person and will do everything in her power to help you. Her staff is fantastic from her dental nurse to her secretary, everyone made you feel so welcome and looked after me to the best. I'm looking forward to seeing her again in a few weeks to finish my treatment which I didn't think I'd ever say as I hate the dentist but believe me, you don't feel as if you are in a dental clinic you so well looked after its fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone wanting dental treatment to go to this clinic .also they arranged to pick me up from the airport, brought me back to the airport, booked me into a lovely hotel looked after me 100% thank you Anne and staff x

My 3-teeth bridge suddenly fell out whilst I was eating my evening meal! I narrowed my search for emergency treatment down to Alexandra's clinic based on the consistently excellent reviews of her care. Alexandra saw me the following day, and she was just brilliant! She explained everything clearly to me - why it happened, and how she was going to fix it. She also prepared notes for my own dentist, on my return home. Alexandra's work was careful, thorough, and gentle (because I don’t usually have needles). And the end result was better looking than the original! Alexandra's costs are very fair for the work and service she provides. I cannot rate her highly enough! Thank you so very much, Alexandra. I haven't stopped smiling since!!

I'm so glad that have found the New Smile Clinic! It's a true gem in Tirana. I was looking for an interior open bite treatment with clear aligners, and for a treatment plan that is adapted for those living abroad. From the moment I contacted the clinic my treatment enquiry was processed very quickly. Within few days my treatment was confirmed and I was ready to travel from the UK. Everything was very well organised for my arrival. Dr Juliana is a true professional. She is a wonderful person, and makes you feel welcome and at ease right away. I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I flew to Bogota from Texas for dental implants with Dr. Suaza, and it was completely worth it! From the start, Dr. Suaza made me feel secure about my decision to have my surgery with her. She has over 15 years of experience and her aesthetic results are impeccable. She and her team are very organized, professional and caring. I couldn't imagine having done this with anyone else. She and her staff put extreme care into every step of the planning and treatment. The technology her clinic uses is far more advanced than any of the dentists I've been to in the US. She also provides transportation to/from the airport and translators if needed. Even considering the flights, hotel, food, and extras, this trip and surgery cost less than half of what I was quoted in the US for the surgery alone. I highly recommend Dr Cristina Suaza!

They care about every single detail and now during this tough Covid19 times, they are going the extra mile taking all necessary precautions to minimize risks. Treatment was excellent and very professional. I had 18 teeth removed and 8 implants put in over a three hour time period. There was no bleeding after and the pain level was low. After two days the temporary dentures was fitted. It has been about three weeks now and my gums are healed. The cost is about 1/4 to 1/5 the cost compared to prices in the US. Most people might be worried about the crime and the unknown going to Guatemala but I was met at the airport by the mother of the Alan (dentist). I stayed at her house in the heart of Guatemala City, she is very nice and she spoke great English. His mom drove me to the clinic and Alan drove me back. Of course, I have been there three times and travelled around with no problem.

Really happy with my experience here. I'm English and I was looking for an English speaking dentist and I'm happy to say this dentist did everything they said they would. My teeth cleaning was excellent, I feel like a new man. Thank you so much everybody involved,
