During my adolescent years in Australia, my teeth suffered trauma from a horse accident. I had had extensive dental treatment within Australia over some twenty years. Also, two molars removed. I was ready to have previous work updated. I was quoted a significant amount of money. This began a journey which leads me to Westcoast International Dental Clinic, I might add at this stage many professionals within Australia and friends placed a negative opinion. I pushed on with good research, the rest is history. Today I smile and reflect upon this journey.

From the moment I arrived and throughout my treatment, implants, updates on older work (some not so good). My teeth will take me into my older years with confidence, at a quarter of the price. Plus this is dentistry at an exceptional level. I am better for this experience. I am wanting to thank all however, in particular, Dr Bui Le Tram Anh. Her professionalism and skill were outstanding. I am so glad the universe brought me to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had an appointment to see Dr Bui Le Tram Anh. She arranged for me to have a number of x-rays done. She consulted with one of her colleagues are the options to get some implants. In the end, my present dentures have been refined until I will make a final decision as that was all that was needed.

The whole staff is efficient and so helpful. I was further impressed by the dentist, with her professionalism, efficiency and gentleness. When I told her how frightened I usually am she took the time to explain various options available. She was also honest in her evaluations. She gave me time to think and ask questions.

I think I will come back next year to have more work done and would highly recommend Dr Bui Le Tram Anh.

I had four wisdom teeth extracted at Westcoast a few months back. It was an overall great experience. Got the results I wanted for a fair price.

Staff were helpful and informative. Because of the medication, I was given, I had no pain afterwards. It took us about an hour to extract all four teeth. The clinic was so clean and I enjoyed the good service. The highlight of my visit was the professional doctors.

Had emergency treatment on 2 teeth. First stage root canal on one tooth, the other one removed and turned into a dry root. Which is very common quick treatment on the return to Aus.

Very good overall experience and would return for further treatment.

I had full dental reconstruction some 13 years ago however over recent years had experienced issues resulting in 3 molar extractions. Two of the molars were directly above /below each other causing eating difficulties. My dentist had referred me to a Periodontist who described my situation as hopeless, recommending 5 to 6 further extractions and partial rebuild with implants. We were talking upwards of A$50000 in treatment with no back molars top and bottom giving me only a partial bite. X-rays were sent to Westcoast who disagreed with that assessment and we developed a plan to remove all existing crowns and replace, plus introduce 3 triple crowns. This could be achieved over a 2 week period at a cost of less than A$20000. This was achieved including air fares and accommodation.

My decision was assisted by a recommendation from a friend who had similar treatment with Westcoast around 5 years ago and was totally satisfied with the outcome. She had referred me to Amanda Peaty with whom I exchanged numerous emails and on that basis, I was prepared to make the commitment. Walking 15 mins from my hotel through the streets of Saigon I arrived at this state of the art dental clinic which was to be my 'workplace' for the next 2 weeks. From the outset, the staff was friendly and efficient which was the standard over the treatment.

Another clinic installed two inserts and attempted to prep several teeth for crowns, but the pain was severe after three weeks. Moreover, the gum graph procedure was outdated. I literally rushed to West Coast and they took care of me.

Polite, sympathetic, friendly, and professional. Their prices are much less than in the US. I'll stick with West Coast in the future.

My wife and I both lived in Ho Chi Minh city for a period of three years. During that time we had a variety of work done at the clinic including cosmetic, crown replacements, bridge work, cleaning etc. We are now living in Moscow and returned to Hochi for a visit and for a dental checkup. My wife has now returned to finish off a bridge and couldn't be more pleased with the way it has turned out. I have dentists in Canada ask me where I had my cosmetic work done, all saying that it is excellent work. I have Dr. Diem to thank for that, She is incredible.

From the minute you enter the clinic the quality of personal care is first class. Our dentist on this last visit was Dr. Nhu An who treated both my wife and I. My wife is nervous when it comes to dentistry, stemming from unhappy childhood experiences. Dr. Nhu's very warm and understanding approach immediately had my wife relaxed and at ease. Dr. Nhu's technical skills rank with the very best I've ever experienced. The clinic is super modern having all the latest equipment and the best reception area for a medical facility I've ever been in.

This place is OUTSTANDING. Literally great beyond any measure of quality and serviceim from Singapore where the quality is excellent. But I choose come west coast for quality and not price.

After 10 years of neglect on our teeth, we took the plunge (from a golfing buddy's recommendation) to come to Vietnam for dental treatment. My partner had 2 implants done in Australia over 10 years ago and basically had to leave the first born as payment. (Our total cost of our dental work for both of us equated to one implant in Australia).

I was told back then that I would require an implant on the one tooth that had been capped due to travelling commitments. I just lived with the condition until I broke another tooth which would now require attention.

We made arrangements with Amanda. the Aussie coordinator at the clinic. We had full mouth X-rays done locally on the Sunshine Coast, in a format that could be viewed. We had preliminary assessments of what we both would require to be done and booked appointments at the same time. We both were treated simultaneously, that way we could suffer together!

My partner had Dr Nhu An and I had Dr Trang, both very gentle dentists with inquisitive and attentive assistants to do local X-rays, cleaning, root canals, fillings, extraction, fitting crowns.

The prognosis was that both of us would require an implant which was performed by a full on displaced Canadian of Hong Kong Chinese ancestry, Dr Andrew Tsang, trained at the University of British Columbia. Processed took 45 minutes and I hardly experienced any pain, only slight discomfort for the first day. I was back in holiday mode in no time.

5-star dental clinic with all functions and processes done in house.

Crowns were measured, manufactured and installed in 2 days with any adjustment and reshaping of the crowns done in 20 to 30 minute wait time. Unheard of in clinics in North America or Australia. I was in the lab where 3D equipment is utilized. Impressive.

We had 5 appointments in 5 days with all work completed with the exception of the crowns for the implant to be completed in 4 to 6 months at our choosing. We will then plan to tour Vietnam at that time.

I had crowns ,bridges and partial dentures made. I am very happy with the results. Feel much more cofident with my smile.
Dr Trang my dentist worked out my dental plan. She explained the procedure to me. Her work was very meticulous and thorough and made me feel very relaxed through out all my procedures. Her dental nurses were very kind and thoughtful.
I would recommend this Clinic to all my friends. I found it to be great value for the amount of work that I had done

I chose this clinic because of recommendation from my brother. So glad I did..It is one of the most modern and cleanest Dental Clinics. Havent seen one in Australia to compare with it. Made me feel very confident that I had chosen this clinic.

I have been a long standing patient of Westcoast International Clinic since it has opened. I love the International feel and the customer services provided by the staff for my family with reminders for checkup and end of treatment goody bags.
