Well, what can I say? This clinic couldn't have asked for a better team, and a group of people can't wait to get back to get my finals 😄

I recently travelled from Australia to Ho Chi Minh City for extensive dental treatment at Medivis Clinic, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations.

Before arriving, I was extremely nervous. After my scans and examinations, it became clear that my dental issues were far more extensive than I had realised. While this was initially confronting, the team took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions and ensure I understood my treatment options.

The treatment involved 20 extractions, bone grafting and implants. It sounds overwhelming, but throughout the entire process I felt supported, informed and genuinely cared for. The dentists, nurses and support staff were professional, compassionate and incredibly patient.

One thing that immediately impressed me was the clinic itself. Medivis is modern, spotless and equipped with the latest technology. Every area of the clinic was immaculately clean and maintained to a very high standard, which gave me confidence from the moment I walked through the door.

A special thank you to Mia, who was a constant source of support throughout my journey. Travelling overseas for major dental treatment on your own can be daunting, but her kindness, reassurance and willingness to help made the entire experience so much easier.

What stood out most to me was the way I was treated as a person, not just a patient. At no stage did I feel rushed or like I was simply another appointment on the schedule. The care shown by every member of the team was genuine and heartfelt.

I have now had my temporary teeth for a couple of days and I am thrilled with the result. For the first time in a very long time I can smile with confidence and enjoy eating without constantly worrying about my teeth. The improvement to both my confidence and quality of life has been remarkable.

Choosing to travel overseas for dental treatment was a big decision, but I am incredibly grateful that I chose Medivis Clinic. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering dental treatment abroad.

Honestly, I was terrified of getting an implant, but Medivis Dental made the whole thing a breeze. From the 3D scan to the surgery, and the final crowns are zero pain. The clinic is spotless, the staff are super friendly, and my new tooth looks like it’s always been there. If you’re on the fence, just do it. Highly recommend!

I travelled here alone from Australia. I was very scared and anxious. I was met at the airport by Mia and taken to my accommodation that she had organised. The next day, I had my consultation with the dentist. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and lovely. I felt safe and comfortable with the plan that they suggested. I had extractions and all on 4 top and bottom jaw done. By the next day, I had no pain and have had none so far. The accommodation was in a great location. Noisy but central to everything, so that I could walk around. I was picked up and dropped off at all of my appointments. Mia offered to take me to the markets or anywhere that I wanted to go.

I'm very happy with my results and looking forward to coming back in six months for my permanents and bringing the family with me so they can have some dental work done and we can do some sightseeing.

Mia made me feel comfortable with my choice of clinic and explained the procedure very clearly before I came and again throughout the consultation.
Everyone at the clinic was professional and friendly. The clinic was lovely and clean.

My accommodation, organised by Mia, was great. Very busy location, but made walking everywhere possible and easy, so I would definitely stay there again.
I have had no pain after the procedure. Mia has been in contact with me the whole time to make sure I was ok. For all of my appointments, a car was sent to collect me and drop me back at the motel afterwards.

At this stage, I am happy with my All-on-4, and I am looking forward to coming back to have the second half of the procedure completed in six months. I will bring the children on holiday next time.

The consultation begins way before you arrive in Vietnam. After consulting with Peter on what Dental Work I want done, the quote was given. Peter and the team made sure that I was comfortable with the team any question(s) were answered. They were also on top of your flights and any booking concerns.

First Day of Arrival, I was greeted by Peter and the driver at the airport, which was such a delight, being my first time in Vietnam. I had my first consultation at the clinic and was greeted by the whole team.

From the moment I arrived, everything was handled professionally and with great care. They had the hotel, transport and food all organised for me from the moment I arrived, which was all very good.
The clinic is very clean, modern and well-equipped. The doctors were professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.
