Westcoast International Dental Clinic – The studio at Thao Dien”

For 20 years I had an upper incisor 8 tooth bridge that eventually fell off, alongside 4 missing teeth, it was time for some serious dental restoration. Dr. Daniele De Pasca from Italy took charge of my reconstruction plan which consisted of a post and core treatment on 4 teeth, composite 3 surfaces,3 implants, connective tissue graft, temporary bridge, scaling and polishing.

Next year I will need to go to Saigon for a sinus lift,3 more implants, fitting of a permanent bridge and replace all my silver fillings. I have decided to span my treatment over 3 years to spread the finance but in any case, there is a 6 month with holding period to allow the implants to heal. If you think dental work is cheap overseas think again, depending on your circumstances, of course, you get what you pay for. Implants at this clinic cost me NZ$1500 each, compared to NZ the cost is NZ$5000 per implant x 6 there is a saving of NZ$21,000 not to mention all the other work carried out.

I found this clinic online, with 60 million views and 99% positive feedback, how could you go wrong? The clinic at West-lake Hanoi is very modern and puts NZ clinics to shame. The appointments were always punctual the work carried out was very professional with the doctor and nurses working as a team, with minimum communication the team worked like a well-oiled machine just another day in the office. Dr. Daniele is very calm and even with this very complex restoration, it was a walk in the park for him. I can only imagine a number of dentistry hours for-filled to come up to this level and I am truly grateful to have such an experienced doctor taking care of me.

I got a cleaning and 2 cavities taken care of while visiting. I must say, this has been the best dental experience I have ever had!

I came in with not the nicest looking teeth. I had a heap of fillings pain free quick . Had 2 root canals done yes took some time as they do again pain free, had a tooth pulled pain free given antibiotics pain meds left quiet happy had a clean done and replaced two front teeth . I am so happy the dental clinic, with my dentist and Amanda the straight away after X-ray's told me what they were going to do and a price list. Like Amanda said if I wanted perfect straight teeth the best way was for braces as a 30 ur old I wanted a quick fix I left with straight teeth I left with a smile to be proud of for the first time in my life. Because bacteria was undermining the stability of two molars, I required two implants. They were inserted next to two molar implants I also had done at Westcoast Clinic.

The crowns were joined to make a strong and stable addition to my jaw. The double crowns were manufactured with an arch to allow for easier cleaning with a small brush.

Great care was taken to get the 'bite' just right to avoid any excess pressure on the new implants. This took 2 x 1 hour appointments.

The standard of dental work was very high. As Westcoast Clinic has just moved to new premises in Ho Chi Minh City, all the equipment was new and of the latest design.

The cost was very reasonable but, for me, the most important thing was I knew I was getting a thoroughly professional piece of work done that would last me for a long time if not a lifetime.

The staff are friendly and efficient and do their very best to accommodate your needs.

The result was amazing. The attention to detail blew me away. My wife had some missing teeth and decided on four implants and a bridge. She now has a beautiful smile and is over the moon. We would recommend anyone considering implants, bridges or crowns to visit Westcoast and have a holiday as well as receiving topclass treatment for a fraction of the cost in Australia.

We chose Westcoast purely by chance. We were on holiday and walked past the clinic and decided to ask about prices. We both had full examinations and x rays and were provided with treatment plans with options with a cost analysis. When we decided to have the treatment there were no hidden costs. The clinics (both the old and new locations) were better than any that we have seen in Australia. They are sparkling and very comfortable. All the latest equipment is used and time is not an issue. They take as long as it does to complete the treatment at no extra cost.

I had implants done for two teeth missing for years, as well as root canal and crown on a broken back tooth. Retired at last and with time for some serious dentistry, I decided that the state of my teeth should no longer determine what I was able to eat. The initial consultation gave me some options, and given the very reasonable prices, I will be returning for further work soon. Imagine my surprise when after my light anaesthetic for my implant surgery, the staff not only organised a taxi to take me to my hotel, but supplied a suitable and delicious lunch to take back with me. That would not happen in Australia. Also, the cleaning of my teeth was more thorough than I have ever experienced before.I simply would not have had all this work done in Australia, so it really was great value for the money and time spent here.

I was impressed by the staff at all levels; friendly, helpful and skilled.The rooms are clean, modern and very efficiently managed by a large team.The recommendation of a friend was crucial for me, and the website confirmed that safe and clean medical practice would be adhered to throughout. Although this experience might be challenging for those who have never travelled overseas before, I would recommend it for anyone who can cope with the travel and traffic of Saigon. I'm looking forward to my return visit and renewed confidence in eating whatever I choose.

I came to Westcoast expecting only have my front teeth crowned only. However, when Dr Tien gave me exactly the same advice as my dentist had in Australia to correct my overbite, I knew I was in good hands. Whilst a big procedure and process, I felt totally confident that I receiving world-class dental treatment.

I have SO many good things to say about the clinic. All the staff are amazing! Amanda who runs the Clinic gave me total confidence that I was receiving the best care; the dental assistants who were always looking out for me; the technicians who made my crowns, where no adjustment was too big or small; the wonderful admin staff who made everything flow. I really felt just as safe and as well looked after here as I do in Australia.

I had the toothache to end all toothaches. I contacted West Coast after reading some reviews online, and they were able to fit me in at 7pm that same night. The pain got worse and was so bad that I arrived at 4pm, and they saw me almost immediately. I was given painkillers and antibiotics, and the wisdom tooth was removed the following day. The dentist was so professional and reassuring and really put my mind at ease with the whole process. It was absolutely painless, I am now recovering at home and I'm so thankful I won't have to deal with another tooth ache like that again.

I had the best treatment; it was a cosmetic treatment where my my upper teeth had shifted from each other due to the loss of my back (molars) teeth. Then I had gaps that seemed as if I had lost some of my canines. Originally, I had a natural middle gap, but also with time, it had begun to look awkward. So, after a long time of consulting other dental clinics and not being assured if they would be able to fill the gaps, a friend of mine referred me to Westcoast Clinic. On my first visit, I had my teeth cleaned thoroughly, and also my implants retightened, and also made impressions of what would be my cosmetics treatment. So, it was until a few weeks ago that I decided to undergo the treatment, and I can assure you that the results are worth the time and money spent. I am so excited.
