Dr. Tran Phuong Binh is a dentist with over 15 years of experience in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. He holds a Master’s degree in Dentistry from Hanoi Medical University and completed an Interuniversity Diploma in Surgical and Prosthetic Implantology at the Université de Bordeaux, France.
His areas of expertise include dental implants, implant-supported prosthetics, maxillofacial surgery, veneers, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. He has completed extensive advanced training in implant placement, sinus lifts, Zirconia implants, prosthetics, veneers and Bioprogressive–MEAW and GEAW orthodontic techniques.
From 2008 to 2020, Dr. Tran Phuong Binh worked in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at Vietnam-Cuba Hospital. He is currently the General Director and Chairman of the Professional Council of the MEDLATEC Dental System – MedDental, where he combines clinical expertise with professional and practice management.
Dr. Cao Thi Loc is an orthodontic specialist with approximately 10 years of experience in dentistry. She graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Hanoi Medical University in 2016 and has completed extensive advanced training in orthodontics, including biomechanics, Invisalign, minivis applications and the management of complex orthodontic cases.
She began her clinical career at NewSmile Dental Clinic before working at Trang Dung Dental Clinic from 2018 to 2019. Since 2019, she has been part of the MEDDENTAL Dental System, where she focuses on orthodontic examination, diagnosis, treatment planning and monitoring.
Dr. Cao Thi Loc currently serves as Director of Orthodontics at the MEDDENTAL Dental System and Director of Medical Services at the MEDDENTAL Le Van Luong Branch. She continues to participate in national and international training programmes, keeping her expertise up to date with modern orthodontic techniques and treatment approaches.
MSc. Dr. Tran Duc Anh is Director of Surgery at MEDDENTAL Dental System, with 12 years of experience in dentistry and clinical practice in Vietnam and China. He graduated in Dentistry from Guangxi Medical University and holds a Master’s degree in Dental Prosthetics from Shandong Medical University. He has also completed advanced training in implantology, porcelain and full-arch prosthetics, and digital dentistry.
From 2016 to 2021, Dr. Tran Duc Anh worked at Jinan General Hospital in Shandong, China, gaining experience in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. Since 2021, he has been practising at MEDDENTAL Dental System, where he focuses on maxillofacial surgery, dental implants, dental prosthetics, and full-arch rehabilitation. He is also a member of the Northeast China Dental Association and the International Team for Implantology (ITI), and regularly undertakes further professional training in modern dental techniques and technologies.
MSc. Dr. Nguyen Thi Hoa is a licensed Specialist Doctor and graduate of Hanoi Medical University, where she earned her Master’s degree and Doctor of Medicine qualification. She has undertaken additional professional training in aesthetic and functional dental restoration through the Franco-Vietnamese Joint University programme, as well as specialised training in veneer cosmetic restoration and comprehensive orthodontics using the MEAW and straight-wire techniques.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Hoa has also completed both Basic and Advanced Implantology programmes, expanding her expertise in modern restorative, orthodontic, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. She is committed to providing comprehensive dental care supported by advanced clinical training and contemporary treatment techniques.
