Dr. Nicole Gallman is one of our Middleton and Verona dentists. She cares for patients at First Choice Dental’s Middleton and Verona offices. Her radiant smile has been a welcome greeting for many new dental patients in the Verona and Middleton communities. Dr. Gallman completed her undergraduate degree at UW-Milwaukee and received her dental degree (DDS) from Marquette University. Dr. Gallman has experience in comprehensive dental care and procedures including the treatment dental emergencies, extractions and restorative work. While in dental school, Dr. Gallman participated in Give Kids a Smile and Head Start Day. She is a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association and American Dental Association. Dr. Gallman and her husband enjoy the sites and sounds of the greater Madison area, and participate in a variety of activities both indoors and out.

Dr William Graf is a Middleton dentist who's consistently been named among Madison Magazine's Top Dentists and Top Cosmetic Dentists. He is a recognized leader in the field of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a 1986 graduate of Marquette University’s School of Dentistry and has been a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry since 1993. He earned a certificate from the prominent Las Vegas Institute (LVI) for Advanced Training. Dr. Graf has also achieved his fellowship in DOCS (Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation) and is one of only a few Madison area dentists to have advanced training in Sedation Dentistry. This prestigious credential is held by those few dentists who show commitment and dedication to the pursuit of education and unprecedented patient care in sedation. Dr. Graf has been a member of DOCS since 2001. Dr. Graf, a Madison native, has been in private practice for more than 28 years. For 15 years, he was an owner for a state of the art cosmetic dental practice in Madison, WI. Since 2003, he has been an owner/partner with First Choice Dental Group. He enjoys spending time outdoors, spending time with his family and UW athletics. He is also an advisory board member for Global Medical Alliance, a pharmaceutical organization. The greatest satisfaction Dr. Graf finds from dentistry is the opportunity to give patients the smile they have always wanted in a relaxed environment. Sedation Dentistry is also very satisfying to Dr. Graf because it gives him a chance to show very apprehensive patients how easy and comfortable dentistry can be.

Dr. Trent Cox cares for patients as an orthodontist at our Middleton, Sun Prairie and Waunakee locations. Dr. Cox recently obtained his American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) certification. Fewer than 20% of orthodontists are board certified. There are only four other orthodontists in Madison who are ABO-board-certified. Involvement in the certification process is a demonstration of an orthodontist's pursuit of continued proficiency and excellence. This effort is well beyond what is required to practice orthodontics. Dr. Trent Cox comes to First Choice Dental Orthodontics from Arizona where he was born and raised. He attended Arizona State University. He spent two years in the Dominican Republic where he learned to speak Spanish while serving a church service mission. Dr. Cox welcomes the chance to speak and serve any of his Spanish-speaking patients. After returning to Arizona he completed dental school and earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree (DMD) at A.T. Still University Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. It was there that he also received his certificate in Public Health, Certificate in Orthodontics and his Doctor of Health Science degree (DHSc). Dr. Cox is active in his church and enjoys all outdoor activities. He is an accomplished long distance runner, having competed in both marathons and ultramarathons. He also loves competing in mountain biking and road cycling races. He enjoys hiking, with his most recent hike being Mt. Whitney and his favorite being the Grand Canyon. Most importantly, Dr. Cox is a family man. He and his wife Carrie are the parents of four children, three girls and a boy. Dr. Cox and his wife are excited to raise their family in Wisconsin. Dr. Cox loves being an orthodontist in Madison and considers it his dream job. He considers creating beautiful smiles one of the most fulfilling pursuits in his life.
