Dr. Fick is a Madison dentist caring for patients at our Park Street office. He practices general dentistry and also has advanced training in treating TMJ Disorders. Dr. Fick set out with the original goal of attending medical school to become a psychiatrist. Though he knew he wanted to be a health care provider, it didn't take him long to figure it out: he needed to do something more hands-on and artistic. He found the perfect match to be dentistry and in 1993 graduated from the University of Iowa Dental School. Dr. Fick believes that smile design relies heavily on artistic expression and design proportion rules. He also knows the importance of staying on the cutting edge of dentistry, regularly attending continuing education forums at the Las Vegas Institute, the premier post-graduate institute for advanced dental studies. Dr. Fick has also completed advanced training in Endodontics, Laser Dentistry and Bonding technologies. An increasingly proficient Spanish-language speaker, Dr. Fick enjoys speaking Spanish with his patients at the Park Street office and providing needed dental care to residents of central and south America on numerous medical missions trips. Dr. Fick enjoys his free time with his wife and two daughters, cooking, downhill skiing and honing his collection of rock and jazz.

Dr. Katelyn Modjeski is a Madison dentist who cares for patients at our Fitchburg and Park Street dental offices. Dr. Modjeski grew up in Hixton, WI and completed her undergraduate and dental education with high honors at Marquette University in Milwaukee. She was a member of the accelerated Pre-Dental Scholars program and led the Smiles for the Future school-based sealant program in Milwaukee Public Schools. After dental school, Dr. Modjeski furthered her training by serving our nation's veterans in the general practice residency (GPR) program at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago. There she received state-of-the-art training in everything from treating medically compromised patients to complex treatment planning to implant placement and restoration and crown-in-a-day technology. After completing her residency and working in private practice in Chicago, Dr. Modjeski is excited to be back in Wisconsin. Her caring, gentle demeanor puts patients at ease. With a hospital dentistry background, dentistry as part of overall healthcare is very important to Dr. Modjeski. She enjoys working with patients from 1-100, whether it is a first dental visit at 12 months old to elderly patients with special medical considerations. Dr. Modjeski is a member of the American Dental Association and Chicago Dental Society. She is also an active volunteer with the Madison Dental Initiative where every month she provides free dental services to local patients in need at the Salvation Army dental clinic. In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga, running along the lake and traveling to visit family and friends.

Dr. Robert Lee is an expert in providing superior quality, gentle and pain-free root canals. He is an endodontist caring for patients at our Waunakee, Park Street and Sun Prairie dental offices. Dr. Lee is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a key member of First Choice Dental’s endodontics team. Dr. Lee cares for patients at three First Choice Dental locations, Madison on Park Street, Sun Prairie and our newest office in Waunakee. Dr. Lee earned his advanced degree in endodontics from the University of Illinois. Prior to choosing to pursue a career as an endodontist, Dr. Lee practiced general dentistry in the greater Chicago area for a number of years, and earned his dental degree from the University of Illinois at the Chicago College of Dentistry. As part of his endodontic residency program, Dr. Lee gained diverse endodontic experience practicing at five different Chicago area dental clinics throughout the course of his residency. Dr. Lee is the author of a professional article in the Journal of Endodontics. In addition, he is active in a number of professional organizations including the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists, as well as a member of the Edgar D. Coolidge Endodontic Study Club. When not practicing dentistry as a Madison endodontist, Dr. Lee enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife Judy and their two children.
